Despite me having to help hold onto the tools in order for the assistant to perform exrays of my teeth. It was an overall average experience.

Went in to get a tooth fix that they already did! doctor looked and it and started fixing. Gave me price of 220 and was fine. Cashin out the blonde in office tells me there’s another 90 on top for doctor to just look at tooth. Couldn’t tell me that when giving me price??? She had a smirk on her face. I said ok paid now they lost a customer!!!

If anyone gives this place anything more than a zero they either work there or are friends of. This place is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Dentist is pushy and upselling. Overcharged me for shotty work and just all around awful. I urge you to stay as far away as possible. Go see Doctor Miraglia on 250 in Webster, he surely is the best dentist I’ve ever came in contact with.

Never would recommend. They offer scare tactics that your teeth need a lot of dental work and they refused to perform a cleaning. I will not go back and will pay out of pocket for a cleaning at a reputable office.

Dr. Ustinenkov, through my experience, is the kind of doctor who raises his profession's reputation. He sets a very high standard by not only working diligently through his unique work effort, put on display from morning until afternoon, but also respects every patient by understanding exactly what to say to each individual and when to say it. Always have to wait more than 1/2 hour past my appt time.....it's been 41 minutes so far today. One time I left after waiting 1 hour....I had to be somewhere. My time is valuable too. If I have to wait much longer I will bump it down to 2 stars.

everyone BUT the dentist seemed nice. I went in had my xrays, a tech looked at my teeth, a very abrupt dentist came in told me I need this this and this done and then go to the front desk and get a quote for hundreds of dollars, and they try to sell me a toothbrush. Teeth didn't even get cleaned. I ended up heading out to my wifes dentist for a cleaning and all of the issues that aspen found were non-existent so....................

Just a clean and check - Staff was friendly and helpful as always. I'm coming back for more work that needs to be done. I'm not looking forward to the procedure, but I trust the Webster Aspen to do it well.
