Always room for improvement anywhere you go. Having said that, the staff were friendly, and helpful.
My dentist actually called our house later (I missed him). Great customer relations. Excellent work so far.

Everyone at this office is so nice! I had to get a wisdom tooth removed recently and was extremely nervous about it. The oral surgeon was fantastic and everyone made sure I was feeling okay afterwards. It's just a wonderful place. I've recommended it to several people, already.

Dr. U is great!!! He does a great job of making patients feel at ease and always delivering his best work. Doris and Christina are so kind and knowledgeable and make coming to the dentist easy!!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Employees were helpful and caring. Did a good job with a difficult tooth. Doris in particular was great in that she gave an ongoing explanation of what was happening.

We’re able to get me in for an exam for severe tooth pain on a very busy day. Exam was quick even with X-rays and was able to make an appointment for procedure 2 days later. Much more accommodating than expected. Very grateful.

Went there for dental pain, staff was very welcoming but I did not have any work done and was sent home without any meds until my appointment. So I decided to go somewhere else to get the work done. Felt like I paid money for nothing.

I had a couple teeth break on me so set up an appointment. First emergency appointment went great. Dr. U ground the sharp edge off of the broken tooth and did full exam of my teeth. (5 needed to be pulled) we Discussed a plan to pull 2 on one side and then the remaining 3 on the other side. I came in for my appointment to have the first 2 pulled and Dr. U did a great job. I didn’t feel anything and the healing process was great. Minimal swelling and pain after.

Now for my second appointment to have the 3 remaining pulled. The bed side manner of this dentist and assistant was so bad that I don’t even know their names. I was treated like it was the drive thru for the dentist office. The topical was placed on my gums immediately followed by novicane injection so my gums weren’t even numb yet. After the shots he came back about ten minutes later and started pulling teeth. He asked if I was getting numb but didn’t test my numbness at all. First tooth came out quick with not much pain. Second and third tooth came out hard. He had to use the drill which he ended up cutting my inner cheek. I felt the slip and sharp jab into my cheek and grunted but didn’t acknowledge what had just happened. The assistant made a quick squeak type noise and instantly put the suction on my cheek to suck up the blood. But yet dentist still didn’t acknowledge that he messed up and cut me. Lots of pain in cheek now going up to my ear from the jab plus the tooth being difficult. Very forceful procedure with no compassion for the client at all. The complete opposite of my first experience. I was in so much pain after that, I couldn’t talk to complain before I left the office. I just wanted to leave!!!!!

Now it’s the next day after my extractions and my face is double my normal size from being swollen. Still in lots of pain and having to take pain meds. When after my first extraction I didn’t have to take anything. This second dentist that I don’t know his name, will never touch me again.

Dr.U did an amazing job and so did the dental assistant from my first appointment. They are definitely the A team of Aspen Dental in Webster, NY I would rate my first experience as 5 star. My second experience is a 1 star just for the simple fact that my teeth were extracted.

The staff is nice! The dentist isn’t all that friendly! The denture are excellent! However the reason for two stars is the wait! If you are told your appointment is an hour, add a few on, seriously. Every visit has been longer then told. I can’t stand spending three hours some place when I was told two!

All staff were very professional, attentive, informative and patient. I sincerely appreciated this as I was a first-time patient and having an extraction. Dr. U. And Taylor were very reassuring and removal was quick and complete. Instructions for after care were clear and thirough. I will be returning to the Webster location for further work.

I went to the Webster office after Irondequoit was booked. I needed a root canal and a wisdom tooth pulled. I went there with the intention of getting my wisdom tooth pulled because it was very painful. The dentist didn't believe me, he proceeded to hammer on my tooth that needed the root canal and caused more pain.
I am now seeing an oral surgeon to help me out. Screw Aspen Dental. There was no need for that guy to cause more pain to a patient.
