Nice little office with TV. Dr U is great guy and knows what he is doing. He's not going to make up treatments for you if you don't need them. The office assistants might, but just listen to the Dr,

I've gotten cleanings here mostly but the staff is super nice, especially the one who does the cleaning. They seem to have improved their wait times as well.

My first visit and everyone was incredibly polite, kind and professional. The dentist took a lot of time explaining my options and was very patient. Even the office staff were pleasant.
Overall I had an excellent first impression.

I was told over the phone that a dental exam wouldn’t take longer than an hour. I arrived 15 minutes early like they told me to to fill out paperwork. Many questions from the paperwork I had answered previously over the phone. When I was finally sitting in the dentist chair, which was 40 minutes later (they had to take and retake a plethora of X-rays), I waited another 20 minutes for the hygienist to come and spend maybe 5 minutes with me. Another 10 minutes later and the dentist came and spent maybe 2. I didn’t leave until 4:30. A LOT of waiting for little return. Friendly staff, just SLOW and not particularly considerate of patients’ time. I would go back, just plan for extra time. And bring a book to read.

I was a bit apprehensive at first because of all the negative reviews, but that was soon alleviated. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and seem to be very knowledgeable. My previous oral surgeon moved out of the area so I had to find a new one because I choose to be sedated for tooth removal. That is why I ended up at Aspen Dental. Dr. Tin is a very good oral surgeon as far as I am concerned and turned out to be a great replacement for my previous one.

I just went to Aspen for the first time. I saw the reviews (which HAVE to be fake after what I just experienced) and thought I'd give them a try. I made my appointment at 1 pm. I sat in the waiting room until 2 pm, a full hour AFTER my scheduled appointment before they even took me in for the X-Rays! Finally they get me, do a bunch of X-Rays, I sit down in the chair and... STILL no dentist. It's been an hour and 30 mins at this point. So I asked the lady that did the X-Rays (she was very nice) why it was taking so long for him to get to me. She informs me that he STILL (after 1 and 30 mins after I made my appointment) has 2 other patients to see before he will get to me! I asked why??? I was told that they ALWAYS take several patients at the same time! So 4-6 other people had appointments at 1 pm along with me! I was told it's because they are not a "private" practice so they don't take one patient at a time (doesn't make much sense to me, but okaaay...) So... the dentist finally comes. He is NOT friendly with me, he's quite curt and rude. He was BRUTAL on my teeth and gums. Never have I had a dentist scrape and hit my teeth so hard. My mouth is STILL sore. He rushes through me at light speed, barely lets me speak about what issues I'm having, talks over me to the assistant without even listening to 95% of what I'm saying/asking. He ignored me except for the answers I gave HIM to direct questions. He's in such a RUSH to get to his other double/triple/quadruple, etc booked patients that he has absolutely NO 1 on 1 time to spend with me. He's blunt, to the point (which I wouldn't have minded so much if he was the LEAST bit friendly or ACTED like he cared about me as a patient at ALL). He was hurting me and instead of being more gentle he SNAPPED at me very impatiently when I tried to tell him to be careful with the scraper because my teeth are sensitive! He told me to deal with it! If you're going to be a jerk, and book 4-5 patients at the same time and RUSH them, at LEAST have the courtesy to be nice/kind to them when you actually get around to seeing them! No such luck at Aspen Dental. I will NOT be going back to get my teeth fixed. I WILL be going to someone else more deserving of my hard earned money, someone that doesn't WASTE my valuable time, someone that actually CARES about what I have to say and is GENTLE when I tell him he's hurting me. I would not suggest anyone go here BUT if have all the time in the world to burn, and don't mind rude, big headed jerks digging for GOLD in your mouth and/or being treated like you're on an assembly line in a toy factory then this is the place for you. I'm NOT happy I will have to give them money for the 10 min appointment that took 2 and a half hours to complete!!!!

First of all I suffer from PTSD and severe depression, a fear of dentists from my childhood, and have no dental insurance. I have had a severe tooth ache for about 7 months. I don't care what you read before me or what you read after me, ADW is incredible. The staff incredible. Every step was explained to me without asking, after my free exam and x-rays the doc explain the cause of my pain, walked across the office and had a chair ready for me if I desired the tooth pulled. I was show to billing, where my entire bill was laid out and explains to me. The prices and procedures in Black and White. You know before hand going in what's being done and the cost. Billing financing and outside insurance information was all given to me openly and honestly. I knew what my bill was going in for the extraction, and I also know what the approximate cost of my next visit. Yes I will be back. The main reason.... When asked about my smile... I replied ... A 1, I can't remember last time I really smiled.M tech replied... We'd love to help you find it. Sold! I can't wait to get to know you all a little better. Thank you. See you again next month.

Went in for issue with tooth that had a previous root canal done. I told them that the tooth was sensitive, yet they said there was no infection and suggested a procedure to reset the crown. When meeting the office staff at the end of the visit, I told her I was suspicious that they did not find infection and that I would need to get second opinion. Well, as I thought my second opinion identified infection.
Also the investigation of gum condition was painful and it seemed that technician was not very caring. Never once asked if I was in pain.
So, I have to rate this facility poorly.

It was hours before my speaking engagement and the bridge which holds my upper partial plate broke completely out .
I couldn't speak clearly ....surely this is a dental emergency.
I called Aspen's number got in and they saved the day and my sermon.
Once the new plate was fitted I would have been happy to pay twice as much as they charged.
I will be coming back to get a even GREATER SMILE as I do now.

Had gone to other places and got the run around. Was in tremendous pain and was a little sketchy but they were very helpful and informative. Got what I needed immediately despite my slightly negative attitude in which I apologized for. Gonna get all who served my needs a gift card actually. Taking my daughter to them as well and will not hesitate to go back for further work.

As with many ppl I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. When I needed to find a new one fast anxiety level rose. From the moment I walked into the Webster location on Empire and started going through my initial check in my fear dramatically diminished. I encountered a kind, patient & professional staff throughout my appt. Thank you to everyone there at Aspen Dental.
