They were okay up until you start asking finance questions… the two young ladies at the front were fine(but I’m sure they chimed in with smart remarks when I left but I have nothing bad to say about their service AT ALL) however, that finance lady needs to be fired! She doesn’t know how to de-escalate situations or properly explain things to people. I was becoming frustrated as to why I was being charged for a appointment I already paid for. The appointment today was an appointment that I paid for on 11/3 however, i was stuck waiting an hour and a half for the doctor so I had to reschedule the appointment on 11/3 for today. I was very confused as to why I had to pay again and just simply wanted clarification! Instead she wanted to handle the situation in a ignorant way and thought I wasn’t going to call her out on her condescending tone with me which was unnecessary in her profession! I was simply confused and of course it showed in my tone because she wasn’t answering my question, but kept telling me “it’s all in the paperwork you signed” in a condescending tone is doing nothing but adding to my frustrations rather than simply show me a fee I’m missing or explain to me your billing process! I simply walked out and didn’t even go through with service! I’m not paying for service or allowing anyone to touch me where I feel uncomfortable! She clearly needs customer service training! If your overworked take a vacation sis because you got loud and acting like a fool with the wrong one! She clearly has a problem with authority, I can only imagine how she talks to other staff and I darn sure feel bad for elderly patients that have to deal with her!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE THEY ARE TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. This office is completely incompetent. I called this morning with a dental emergency. They told me they had an appointment at 2:15 in the afternoon. I get childcare set up and was all set. Not ten minutes later I received a call from the office stating that even though you just spoke to someone and confirmed the appointment, sorry we don't actually have an appointment at this time. She offered me an appointment in 15 min. I have a two year old and can't just drop everything without childcare. They then tried to offer me a spot in their Batavia location which is more than an hour drive away. Don't waste your time especially if you are dealing with an emergency. I have never had such an unprofessional experience from a medical provider before. DO NOT USE ASPEN THEY WILL JUST SCREW YOU OVER AND SAY SORRY.

Tend to agree with some of the reviews regarding customer service at this location. Specifically, I had the misfortune to chat with the office manager Cynthia who was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude on the phone. My appointment was rescheduled after 3 weeks after it was confirmed to me on the phone cleaning was possible on a weekend. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication and she was unable to rectify. Not sure why she was raising her voice on the phone when I was simply asking for alternatives on how we can make it work. Very unsympathetic towards patients. Please choose a location that is more kind. These guys don't seem to care.

I've used Aspen Dental in the past and always liked them. My kids got their teeth worked on with Aspen Dental for years, until they left home.
After being away for several years and using private dentists, I returned to Aspen Dental. My location is Webster, NY and this review is only for that location.
From the moment you enter to the time you leave, you're never alone and someone is at your side explaining things to you. This is especially good for kids, since having your teeth worked on is not a pleasant thing. The office is very clean and orderly. You're greeted with genuine care and are seen very quickly. The X-ray technician was very gentle and even changed the size of my mouth piece to child size so that I wouldn't feel discomfort. The Hygienist was super nice and very thorough in explaining the process and work needed. The Dentist was quick and to the point. I like that.
When I sat with billing, she explained what I needed; what my insurance covered; my co-pay; and balance. In the balance was an added electric toothbrush that I did not order. So I had her remove it since I already have one.
Overall, a very nice experience in a familiar place.

I took a very bad fall yesterday morning and my face taking the brunt of it breaking my front tooth badly! I called them and left a message and they returned my call when they opened promptly. They had me come in at 11:00 as an emergency visit as I was in excruciating pain. The dentist evaluated my situation and gave me my options. I opted to go back at 2:00 to have my tooth fixed and wait for my nerve pain to hopefully subside in hopes I wouldn't need a root canal. I also have to tell you that I have always had a true fear of the dentist and this procedure was totally painless!!! They were kind and understanding of my fear and I can't say enough about the entire staff! I will continue to remain a patient of Aspen Dental! Thank you!

Fantastic, easy experience. Lily Jataya Annalee Cinthia and Dr. Ustinenkov all great in and out and got the job done. Accepts almost every insurance. 10/10

Friendly, efficient, and with excellent care. I had my wisdom teeth removed and, despite me being a very nervous and squeamish wreck, all the dental and office staff took excellent care of me. They were very helpful with questions about my insurance, and when my recovery hit a couple snags they were very happy to book me in for a quick check-up to make sure everything was fine. No complaints at all!

I took my dentures in to get a little piece patched up because they fell and broke not the teeth itself but the gun part and I wish I never took them in there because I’m in pain all weekend and all I all I wanted him to do was just patch the little were and I’m devastated and I and my teeth are falling out of my mouth

I had my bridge fall out. My own dentist was on vacation and the dental practice that was covering for him didn’t have an opening that day, Friday. I called several other dentists before calling Aspen. The person who scheduled my appointment was very efficient and assured me I would be able to be seen that day!! Even though unfortunately it wasn’t fixable that day, I left with a plan to fix it. Impressed.

Dying Breed

Coming from a place like aspen you would think it would be far from glorious. But staff is actually really nice and the doctor himself does everything he can to make you feel better, regardless of time constraints he has. Been multiple times now and will keep going.
