Aspen Dental

Got an appointment online immediately. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. No hidden fess or anything of the sort. Normally doctor/dentist visits caused a lot of anxiety, but this was a stress free visit! They are using the latest technology for chairside dentistry, allowing the patient to see their own scans. I highly recommend the Webster location of Aspen Dental!

sat for a long time waiting to be seen, the lower staff (xray tech) was nice, as was desk people. When doc finally saw me felt rushed, but seemed to be on point. The cleaning tech was short and wanting to do many procedures.. When I got to payment area, I felt that I was paying for specific work, I explained my modest income did not qualify for financing and cut as many things as I could (which I thought were related to in extractions.) I never was given a run down of what I was actually paying for until after I had paid I was actually handed a folded paper stating it was my receipt. As I was now running late to other appointments, I did not read through receipt until I got home. Not only was I not given the discount (listed on line) but I was charged for ALL the cleaning procedures, several fillings when dentist said I had two, and a 135 dollar toothbrush.. I tried to call and discuss this but was only given option to leave a message .. We shall see how thing progress but at this point discouraged by underhanded pricing/billing so far.

Went to Greece office Dr. Brain was great, I broke a tooth and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. In no time he was done and never felt a thing, I will definitely go back to Greece office for future visits. The staff was warm and welcoming.

They made me feel like a King! Ask me to smile and I'll show you my Crown!!
It's now almost a year later.
To date I've had complete extraction , a new set of dentures, numerous adjustments as I healed during this process, and more self confidence than ever. Priceless.
Dr Ustinenkov, Dr Tin and entire staff and management are here in Webster, where 'Life is worth living.'

The dentist at this particular Aspen does great work. However, for some reason after just a few visits, he kept canceling our appointments. I don't know if he was up for the project or not or if it was the Color of my skin. I have no idea why he kept canceling to the point I just went elsewhere.

Pro: Friendly staff, professional care. Thorough x-rays and dentist exam.
Con:. They failed to call me back after a weather event forced them to cancel my appointment. They said they'd call back in one day, but after 5-6 days I had to call and rescheduled.
The dental hygienist was very pleasant but she was not very gentle. I have a bit of a dental- phobia so clanging her instruments on my teeth and poking into my gums (painful) didn't help my anxiety level.
But...I will return but I will be more vocal if the exam is uncomfortable. Overall the exam and second visit for cleaning were positive.
UPDATE: I have stopped using Aspen. I had a medical emergency and canceled an appointment. When I tried to reschedule they would only give me an appointment 8 months later. No interest in going back.

Yesterday I went in for my first visit. I received X-rays and had a full exam. The staff there is EXCELLENT!! Right when you walk in the door the staff, Cory who is the office manager was so welcoming and also Sarah and Erin were extremely nice as well. Jaye, my dental assistant, knew I was so nervous because I am not a huge fan of the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable. She loves her job and I could most definitely see she always gives her best to her patients. Dr. Agadi was WONDERFUL. She addressed all my concerns and explained everything in detail so I was able to understand what she was looking for during my exam. She clearly tries to help all her patients in the best way she can and goes above and beyond for them. Once my exam was done, Cory sat down with me and went over the next steps I needed to take and he set up my next appointment. I absolutely recommend the Webster Aspen Dental Office to everyone. You won't be disappointed!!

Dont waste your time come here. I was in a lot of pain. They had me come in just to tell me what I already knew what the issue was. Didn’t even bother to give me any medicine or medications. I waited in the chair for 30min just so the doctor can quickly look.. literally not even 2min.. and move on to the next patient. Definitely don’t waste your time coming here..

I had the worst day of my life, my tooth broke. I went to Aspen and got an appointment, quick next day. I show up and the staff is AMAZING their polite they were empathetic from the front staff all the way to the Dentist. Dr. Ustinenkov came in and very politely told me there was nothing he could do for my tooth. Immediately I broke down, he gave me options which I was okay with but I was supposed to go on vacation the next day. Again he apologized and I went and sat with someone to go over our next plan. Surprisingly he re-approaches me and apologizes again, he asks me what time I leave for vacation I tell him. He is so PHENOMENAL he came up with a plan to get me a temporary tooth for the time being. My heart dropped , I am forever in debt to you Dr. Ustinenkov and your staff. ( FYI I’m in tears writing this) I’m a Nurse so I take people and their health very serious when I do my job and to get that back in return was unforgettable.
