Tried to scam me in to paying over 8000 in dental procedures I don't really need. Tried to talk me in to jackin up my credit to pay for this baloney! THEN told me it would be UNETHICAL to clean my teeth! Funny how that was what was covered 100% by my insurance and that was the one thing they refused to actually do!! I am beyond disgusted with this practice and the rude office person that I dealt with cause I didn't want to pay for all this! I immediately went home, cancelled the insurance that would ONLY TAKE ASPEN and I am taking my business to a real dentist not a crook! I feel sorry for those who don't know they are being taken advantage of!

But Billing Dept is Horrible. Specially the managers.
We need to keep on follow up and they don't keep up what they promised.

After 8 months, two appointment cancellations by Aspen (with a couple hour notice) and my pay out of $4500, I finally have plugged the hole where #10 tooth was missing with an off white not matching implant tooth. On two occasions I waited for over an hour to see the doctor with the receptionist citing that he was running a few minutes late... And, after one appointment that I waited 1.25 hours, I walked out to drive the 1.25 hours to another appointment with no service that day from Aspen. The doctors bedside manor was very good. He was thorough and I believe he takes pride in his work and was attentive to my specific needs, concerns and after hour problems (birth-date wrong couldn't get prescription filled). I believe Aspen dental has spread his time too thin and it is not his fault he has 4 to 6 patients at one time, all the time.... I am currently extremely dis satisfied with the color of the tooth installed. While the doctor showed me the tooth as I was nearly upside down, a bright lite in my face and my glasses not on and asked, before I glue it, what do you think ? I said it is close ! I believe this question was posed to exonerate the doctor before the un matching tooth was cemented permanently. I feel I should be compensated for the discrepancy in color by a refund from Aspen dental.

This is the second Aspen office I have been to and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I choose to pay out of pocket to visit Aspen over a dentist that my insurance would cover. Very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

Beware this dentist!
I had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. The oral surgeon Dr. Tin is the only oral surgeon they have. I got numbed up and he removed the first with a little pain. The second tooth was about half way out when I got a pretty strong pain. I was saying ow over and over and he stopped and got a attitude with me and said very condecendingly do you wanna stop and reschedule for sedation. I told him no but it hurt. He said it doesn't hurt its just pressure as if he knew better. I asked him for just a minute to relax and then he could finish but he just went back to it. I have had plenty of bad dentists. He was by far the worst!

Very quick service and made sure I understood everything before I left. They also went out of their way to tell me where I could go to get the work done so that my insurance would cover it. And if I had any problems they have several payment options for me to choose from.

Had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted they needed to perform surgery.My teeth have been bothering me for years I finally got insurance and knew I had to get my wisdom teeth out for Long time I took off work to come here missing out on a ton of money they said that they would get me in today to get this issue resolved I paid them cash signed all the release forms they were very quick to take my money then I waited for about an hour and a half and they told me to come into the back office and said that they were not able to do it today because the surgeon was behind after already telling me that they would get it done today on top of that I asked if they would do it later on after he caught up and I was willing to wait but The receptionist told me in the back in her office that is soon as The surgeon gets done that he doesn’t live close and (Peaces Out) after he’s done with his appointments Word for Word very very unprofessional and I would never recommend them if I could leave a zero star review I would mind you I’m still in a ton of pain
