I had a 4:15p appointment. I arrived at 4p (15 mins early as they're constant email reminders requested.) I was greeted as I walked in by a full lobby that did not have adequate seating for all the guests. Once I was finally seen (30 mins after my scheduled appointment) the dental hygienist who took my X-Rays was very nice and friendly but very aggressive and everything seemed rushed. Even when the dentist FINALLY came to see me for my general cleaning he seemed very anxious. The entire experience just seemed rushed I did not feel like I was visiting I felt as if I was being hurried out the door.

I've just came out of the dental center and writing this review. This is just total fraud. What happened to me. I went for a first check up which is for free after doc check up they told me they need to extract a tooth or do a root canal which is fair enough. I went with a extraction option. While leaving on the first day they gave me all the break down of the treatment which is good but when I've asked whether insurance covers some amount or not and they said it would get covered and they gave me couple of options. I bought them and went to the dental center on the next day which is today (7/16/2019). After I went in there I told I've a dental discount plan, now the twist comes in, they said we wont cover it unless if it's from your employer (which they didn't tell me when I've asked about the suggestion that's the first fraud). But, just before doing the extraction they took the discount plan which I bought and said your all set and will let you know how much you can save it. Now the second fraud comes in, they will take time to check whether it is getting covered or not by that time they said doctor to start his extraction (that's it you are done and blocked you gotta pay for the treatment ). After doing the extraction they will give you bill and say nothing will be covered with that dental plan because he is a oral surgeon who comes from out side. He is not from Aspen. They just act so nice with you and make you believe they are doing everything for you but everything is fraud they just need money. Even in the website they say that they are giving 20% off but when I've asked that then they told me it wont be covered for oral surgery. Do not go to Aspen Dental it's my humble request. They just need money and they act super generous to do that. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. They took 323 from me for a simple extraction. He took just 1 min to take it out.

Friendly staff and friendly hygienist! Only spent a few moments with the doctor, but he seemed friendly as well. They are going to help me get back on track, and I'm really thankful for that. Plus, for someone without dental insurance, they are able to help me with payment options and such. Great experience.

My wife and I have been dental patients at Aspen Dental in Webster NY for many years. We are of a generation that has seen dentistry go from absolute torture to no worse than many other medical procedures. As a result it is still a nerve racking experience just anticipating dental work. At Aspen I have found the practitioners to be highly skilled, knowledgeable and patient. Also they provide treatments with as little pain as possible while being very supportive.

Since I'm a new patient, I can only speak of my experience as such. So far, so good. I had a tooth ache, and they got me right in. The staff was pleasant, friendly, very professional, and thorough. Dr. U was more than accommodating in what he suggested need be done and what I wanted done (he suggested a root canal, I prefer to have the molar pulled, as it is my very back one that every dentist has tried, unsuccessfully, to fix). I will reserve the right to change this rating at a later date, if necessary. But I'm sold on Aspen Dental.

Worst experience ever went in for a tooth ach from two days proir hoping they would help out with the problem tooth. Instead they went through my whole mouth not letting me even tell them why i was there. Then sent in dental hygienists in which she went through my entire mouth again telling me what she wanted to do and wasmt even there for a cleaning. So then the dentist came back and i had asked the dentist if he could just pull my tooth he replied with i do not have time for that very rudely. Then they sent me to finance to tell me i needed 7 thousand dollars of work in which i already knew yet still in severe pain. Then while sitting there while they pretty much explained there only about the money and not the patient there computers crashed and at that point nothing was done for me at all for the pain or had they even wanted to listen to why i was there. I ended up walking out and finding the best place and my new dentist. Long story short pay attention to your patient not how much money you can get them for and will never step foot back into aspen dental . And i wouldnt even give them 1 star but its making me

On 4/28/2021 my wife lost a tooth from her lower denture. On 4/29/2021 i searched all over Rochester,ny for an appointment for emergency denture repair. The Webster office got us in immediately. We can't express our gratitude to the entire staff at the Webster office. would especially like to thank Erin Weber for walking us through the painless process of getting my wife scheduled for new dentures. thanks again

I thought they were overkill with the xray process.The office manager was lovely and the ONLY reason why I’m giving 2 stars (I’d give her 5). The hygentist hygienist was horrible. Zero patient repoire-she was condescending and patronizing. Talk to me like an adult and stop with the “when we do this” or “when we don’t”. And hello.. I moved here from Chicago and couldn’t get in anywhere to get my teeth cleaned because of the Pandemic! The actual dentist had the personality of a log, but I could have been vibing disgust at him by the time he spoke to me.
I would NEVER go to this place again.

None of the staff is friendly or welcoming except the office manager. The xray girl took 30 xrays because she couldn't get it Right. The dentist is rude and emotionless. I came here in agony with dry socket after a truamatic experience elsewhere and dentist laughed when i told him what happened and told me he Wasnt going to argue with me. One dentist for everyone so i waited over an hour in the chair numb twidling my thumbs. Then During treatment i felt everything and tried to tell him but he never even stoppped. I would never step foot in here again. I will keep searching for thwt compassionate and gentle dentist who i know exists somewhere. This isn't it folks.
