This is my second experience with Aspen Dental. Once in Phoenix AZ once in Webster NY. Both times the staff are incredibly friendly and proficient. I had a full upper denture done in Phoenix and a repair on my lower denture in Webster NY. Great work, attention to detail and very friendly with super pricing? They even do implants! Check them out....the best.

They double booked us and moved our emergency appointment to further away and much later in the day. Be aware that if you try to schedule online, you can only be a new patient and cannot book for the actual appointment that you need. The staff were rude and uncaring when trying to handle this

If you are in pain don’t go here. I have a bad infection and lots of pain. Was told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol.... I already take quite a bit of those for back pain and it wasn’t helping at all with my tooth. Told them that it wasn’t working but they refused to give me anything stronger. I understand that some people miss use these things but I shouldn’t have to pay for the sins of others! I shouldn’t have to be in this much pain... the kind that won’t let you sleep.... just because others are irresponsible! So I canceled my extraction and looked up the oral surgeon that pulled my last tooth! Thank god I found him! Because he told me the last time that you have to take both or it won’t be effective for the pain! These Novice dentist need to grow a pair!

I saw Dr. U yesterday for a urgent dental need and he was right on top of it. He explained my choices thoroughly and let me decide on which way I wanted to handle my dental issue. I was so happy to finally find a dentist that actually cared! The office staff is very friendly. The offices are extremely clean too! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Webster NY.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a crown that came off and they were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment. The doctor recemented the crown back and advised me to get a new one but did not push me to get a new one right away. The staff is friendly. I would go there next time.

I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Aspen Dental enough! Not only did I have a fantastic experience, but they went above and beyond to accommodate the very tight time frame I had to have all appointments/work completed. When I was very nervous about having a cavity filled for the first time ever, all of the staff were incredibly patient, reassuring and comforting; the doctor took his time explaining what to expect, and did an amazing job of ensuring that it was 100% pain free! I am so appreciative of this wonderful team and all of their efforts to make sure all of my needs were met, and more importantly to make sure that every individual patient has the best experience possible - they absolutely exceeded even the highest of expectations!

Went for my wisdom tooth extraction. Reception was super friendly and professional. Took care of keeping safe distance. More importantly I’m so thankful that they managed to get me an appointment within a short notice as I had an unbearable pain. The doctors were also very professional and explained everything that they were going to do and gave me the info on dos/donts after the procedure.

Aspen Dental provided me with an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable every step of the way from checking in to finishing my procedure. I don't have insurance so they did my initial xrays and exam for FREE! And before they began with the procedure I met with the office manager and she was very helpful in explaining all of my financing options and the costs of the different procedures that I needed. I paid for what I wanted done that day and they got started immediately. I will definitely be going back again. Thanks Aspen Dental!

The Aspen Webster dental office is superb. All the staff are so so friendly and helpful. You couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Ustinenkov, or Dr U as he is usually known, is a great dentist. He is gentle, explains everything before he does it and helps you through options to decide what is best for you. I’m terrified when I go to the dentist and Dr. U simply said, “you aren’t alone. Most people are afraid but we’ll take good care of you”. And HE DID. THERE WAS NO PAIN. Not even when he gave an injection. Thank you to the aspen dental team and especially Dr U.
