Charlotte Dentistry

I truly respected Charlotte Denistry because of its reputation and reviews. I am truly nonbiased and nonjudgemental on things in life , but will speak my mind when Im not handled correctly or respected. The only good experience I had was with the first Dental Hygenist( forgot her name) that assisted Dr. Eshleman with my extraction. When he came in , it was not a greeting, hello or any empathetic compassion like you would expect to have from a healthcare worker. He was nonchalant and talked about killing two birds with one stone in regards to the anesthesia, tooth fragments and the one tooth extraction. He came, pulled the teeth, and stated that he wanted to do a post xray to see if all of the tooth was extracted but it never happened. I left the office, followed the post surgical protocols until I woke up Thursday morning in pain and enormous swelling. I noticed that their was still remnants of the tooth remainging that he never obtained another xray for and I was told that all of the tooth was out. I came back and stated the issue about the pain and swelling of the remaing fragments. I know that with surgical procedures their will be pain and swelling but not like this. I was seen by again by Dr. Kristen Bryson and a dry hygenist who performed a procedure to removed the fragment. She stated that I had a ulcer on my gum from the injection sight. I asked for a script for pain meds and was treated like a " crackhead "for asking. She kept stating that she had to check the database in which I welcomed here to do so. Im furious now because Im being made to feel like I abuse drugs and Im like what heck??!!! I get it because I am a healthcare professional as well but I never make anyone feel like their drugseeking. I actually hate taking pain meds due to their effect other than killing the pain, but if Im hurting and have exhausted the means and instructions and no relief, I should be able to be helped without being made to feel less than or drugseeking. In closing, I treat the patients that I encounter with a warm, nonjudgemental and compassionate heart. Dealing with the public in healthcare can be tough at times but having the lack of compassion and judgement should never be a governing factor on how you treat someone. You'll never know who youre treating and how you treat someone. This is why compassion and empathy should take priority instead of personal judgement.

I've been with this Dentistry for 24 years and have been satisfied every time. Great practice. Thank you all.

Love Charlotte Dentistry!!! My previous dentist office closed, moved patients to another office but didn’t move the appointments. (I know, right?!) Friends have raved about Charlotte Dentistry so I called them first. They not only got me in quickly, they were efficient and mindful of me time, beyond kind and courteous, skilled and even provided a new patient gift! Who does that?!? Cannot recommend highly enough!

My visit is always pleasant considering most are terrified of the dentist. Tracy is amazing. I love her personality & energy. I saw Dr. Shirley and he & the dental assistant was awesome. I was in & out without any pain.

The staff, hygienists and doctors are excellent. They went out if their way to combine appointments from 2 different days into 1 day back to back for my son. This meant a great deal to our family and that my son didn't have to be taken out of school early on 2 different days.

The team worked very well together and definitely made me comfortable. Although my teeth repair was intense 😳 I'm satisfied with the outcome. The dentist made sure the clasp on my partial was fitted properly .. Thank You..

I really loved my hygienist! She was so very pleasant and caring! She show so much concern for my teeth! She gave me a very precise cleaning!The Dentist was also very pleasant and kind! Everyone that I had contact with gave great customer service! ,I love going to Charlotte Dentistry my only regret is I didn't know about you all earlier!

I love this office! From the front desk receptionist (Hi Tracy) to staff member that I meet, I always have a pleasant experience. They also have the best looking Orthodontists!

I saw Dr. Wolfinger today to get a tooth pulled and to be added to my partial. When I came back later on in the day to pick it up it was ready and I was pleased with the fit. I was so excited about the fit I didn't notice the tooth need to be lighten up. It's a little too dark. That's an easy fix. No stress. I will call them to go back and get that adjustment. Dr. Wolfinger Know his stuff when it come to these partial. Had a pleasant visit with no incident. I didn't have a long wait. I forgot the assistant name who assist Dr Wolfinger today but she provided good customer service also. I had no complication with the tooth that was pulled. It seems to be healing nicely.

I wanna they did a great job on my Teeth. They also took me to do some work on my teeth the same day they found out about it. They were all great they work very well. And I enjoy the people that worked on my teeth. They were great!
