Reception kept we waiting for almost an hour, while talking to her boyfriend/husband. Then the dentist tried to push invisaline like a drug. No Thanks to your orthodontist department.

Great dentistry! Very quick and thorough. I will say though-- I feel like there is a lot of pressure to get X-rays every visit. I personally feel like if you have healthy teeth (with no issues since last visit) you shouldn't feel pressured into them. The ADA actually recommends that healthy adults with no major/apparent dental issues only need them every 2-3 years. Anyway.. I just feel like there should be a certain level of maturity and respect if a client declines them instead of treating them as if they aren't making a decision that is best for them at the time.

I went to the dentist for the first time in 15 years for a much needed visit. The receptionist was very bubbly and kind and made you feel welcome. Jennifer was amazing and put me at ease and made my visit very enjoyable. She was very kind and understanding of my situation and put me at ease with her kind demeanor and explained what was happening and what was going to happen next. It's a long road to go yet but I'm excited to go back to the dentist for a deep cleaning and a root canal(who says that?). Attitude makes a huge difference in people's experiences and Jennifer and everyone at Charlotte Denistry had excellent attitudes from when i walked in until when i left. Thanks again! Highly recommended!
