Been a patient here for years. The staff that answer the phones for appointments have been very rude at times and given misinformation (like you’ll need to pay $50 because you haven’t been in a while 🤷🏾♂️).
If you can get past them the experience is ALWAYS a great experience. My most. Recent visit was very pleasant. Kim did a great job and made me feel very comfortable.

The only reason they have 5 stars is because of Ms. Tracy at the front desk. The dentists are terrible and they have the nerve to play Christian music, please stop it! My son had an infection in his gums and went in the office, not one mention of it. Had to take him elsewhere ! All they want is money! They are not the only dentist office in Charlotte, plenty to choose from so they will NEVER see me and my family ever again! Then they tell you to arrive early, you get there early and still have to wait at least 20 mins! Ridiculous! So over this place!!! Don't go there! You're wasting time and money!!!! Then they send bills months later and can't tell you what it's for! Excuse after excuse!!! A sorry place of business!!! Going downhill fast!!!!!!! Run away!!!! Fast!!!

This office has the most caring staff. They are thorough and very attentive to patients. They are very busy and was booked for Dec. As soon as a cancelation opened I was notified and got in the next morning. I highly recommend for your dental care.
