Comforting-gentle and reassuring every step of the way. I would definitely return to their office’ Dr Swarup and I cannot think of her Techs’ name on yesterday but she was Amazing- I was there on 3Jan2023 so maybe someone knows her name. Cudos to them both and that Fantastic receptionist upstairs that knows everyone by name and by family. Wow. That is what I call service. Keep up the good work and the bedside manner which is more important

As always I was welcomed with a pleasant smile. My wait time was brief. I was taken back for the x-rays, which was done and then Amy took me back for my cleaning. Amy is very pleasant and does a fantastic job with the cleaning. Great person.

I hate going to the dentist. I hated it since I was a kid. However, Charlotte Dentistry is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, insightful, and patient. I have never felt so comfortable during my cleanings or my orthodontist appointments. Even my daughter enjoys it here. Very happy I switched dentist offices!

Have been a patient for almost ten years. Usually a wonderful experience. This time around had almost an hour wait which is not the norm. Once I was brought back cleaning and evaluation were good.
