I set appointment and was unable to make it due to Covid. I called didn’t get anyone so I left a voicemail still was charged $75 for no show so I’m not too thrilled with the service and doubt I’d go

So professional. I have never been to the dentist and wasn't scared to death and in pain when I left. I have always feared the process as I went through it and suffered immensely once I left however when I say they are great at what they do and are very good at keeping you comfortable...they truly are!!!!!!!

Tracy at front desk makes you feel so welcome! She is awesome! Kim did wonderful & thorough job with my cleaning. She took time to explain each step & made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job though I’ve had this done so many times.

Dental visits at Charlotte Dentistry have always been a great experience. Everyone is extremely friendly, from the woman at the front, all the hygienists and doctors I've had check on me, and even the Finance team helping me work through finding my new insurance. It's a little odd with different hygienists and doctors each time but it's never been an issue for me, especially as they're all so friendly and helpful. If desired, could probably request specific people.
