Always have a positive experience here! Not good news since I have to have further dental work but everyone here is kind and compassionate! I drive 2 hours to this office and because of the gentle care I receive I’ll continue to do so! Thank you Charlotte Dentistry!

I always loved their great customer service and everyone I encountered. I been coming here for so many years. My mom started coming here back in 1995-1996 and told me how wonderful it was.
This was a horrible experience and this is the last place I thought I would get this type of service. The dentist did not display the love of Christ at all. She showed no empathy/sympathy and quite rude at times. I went in for an extraction. By examining my tooth, she did not give any heads up on her thoughts or get consent that this extraction could turn into more surgical. I’ve been to a place where I got 5 teeth pulled at once and never once did it feel like I would choke on my own blood during the entire procedure. This dentist was impatient and would give condescending remarks when she would have to stop because of my breathing or me looking terrified. I was literally praying internally because of how afraid I was and for her to show no empathy and giving condescending remarks is just wrong. The procedure took almost 2 hours and then she says I have to stitch you up. I had to ask why-she had to open up my gums without even telling me what she was doing. I have just been processing how I want to proceed with this. There are a lot of elderly people that come here and I pray she never treats any of them this way.

Dr. Bradley is amazing!! Very informative, patient and kind!! I felt ZERO pain!!! She's legit my favorite human!!! I would definitely recommend this practice!!! 10 STARS across the board!!!

Have a good experience every time. The receptionist is fun, warm, and just generally amazing. The staff readily answers questions and routinely provides good service. Good all around!

Stellar Dentist the problem is that this the third time that I have had my appointment cancelled on short notice. First, they send a text and email to confirm appointment two days before and then the night before the appointment I am notified that the office will be closing early. My husband has gone and been told they don't have an appointment for him at all after he confirmed his appointment, so he found another Dentist. I do like the Dentist here and even more so that most are Christians. I would appreciate not have my appointments cancelled.

Staff is very professional and kind. My comfort is always a priority. The staff is always considerate to the patient's needs while delivering quality care.

DA had no bedside manner and very uncaring. Made emergency dental appt 24 hrs before in hopes of having tooth extracted and told it was possible they would have time to complete after exam. After being seen we were told dentist who could do it was totally booked and wouldnt possible be able to do it. Had to go somewhere else and pay all over again for an exam. We wouldnt have gone there at all if they had been upfront and said the dentist was totally booked and would not be able to do the procedure. It was unnecessary poking and prodding just to be told what I already knew when the appt was made. Aside from the rude dental asst, we found the front desk staff and coordinator we gave payment to to be very polite and professional.

Best doctors and extremely helpful staff. The practice is very clean and everyone is genuinely helpful. One of the best dental facilities in Charlotte.

I had a cleaning today and my hygienist Amy was great. It’s always a pleasant atmosphere when I go to Charlotte dentistry. Tracy the receptionist is awesome as well.
