Barbie is a wonderful, personable hygienist. All of my preferences such as how far I want to be tipped back in the chair, etc. had been noted and were followed. Thorough check by the dentist, also very personable. Tracy is so much of a shining presence when she greets you and says goodbye. Great experience!

My first visit exceeded my expectations! They were swift, welcoming and very professional at all times. I feel like each employee truly cared about me from check-in to check-out! A very great feeling for a person new to the Charlotte area!

Tracie is the most Beautiful & amazing receptionist!! She knows everybody!! Always a pleasure to visit & to be greeted by her!! Dr. Dillon on point. And Ms. Jennifer took well care of me. I've going to Charlotte Dentistry for 15+ years and the experience is always awesome!!! The staff is so professional and friendly, I feel very cared for when I have my appointments. The dentist are thorough and patient. The office is spotless and I'm comfortable during and after every treatment.

Since coming here I've had great experiences each time. My dentist and her assistant took great care of me. I had to have some teeth removed and Dr. Dowlin and her assistant made the visit painless. I'm grateful to have found this dental practice. It's also a Christian establishment.

My appointment was handled very efficiently. The hygienist was professional, experienced, and personable. The dentist was great although I only saw him for less than 5 minutes. At least I had no problems that required more attention, so that's good.

Everyone at Charlotte Dentistry is fantastic from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. I love the care I get and trust that I am well taken care of; however, in all the years I have been coming here I have NEVER had an appointment start on time. They consistently run 15-20 minutes behind. Today, my wait is currently at 30 minutes. As a busy professional it is extremely frustrating.

Dr Sheryl awesome what a fine gentleman. He listen to your pain, and he also shares what are best options for you. He makes me comfortable and fully be with me till the end with my procedures. Also Kim and others staff members do great job.

I’ve been going to Charlotte Dentistry since the mid 80’s. They are very good and don’t recommend work you don’t need. I’ve left them a few times when insurance changed so I know whats out here. The entire staff of Dr’s, assistants and hygenist are great! Kudos to Tracy at the front desk. She is a bright and shining star in their crown and greets everyone as a friend!

I don’t normally do reviews but this one was a must. This was the greatest first time visit I’ve ever experienced at a dental office from the minute I walked through the door from the receptionist, the dental assistant, the doctor, and even the other employees that weren’t attending to me. Considering my dental phobia, I can’t believe I’m even saying what I’m saying, but I’m excited about my next visit. Thank you for your warmth, your understanding of my personal condition and your wonderful professional advice/suggestions.
