I don’t know of anyone who enjoys a trip to the dentist but the people at Charlotte Dentistry makes the visit a pleasant one. The receptionist is extremely friendly and speaks as if she has known the patients all her/their life. I truly appreciate the Christian music they play. So many businesses have no reverence for God but this establishment is not like that. You have very friendly people attending to your dental needs as you listen to Christian music; I Love this Place!

I love the cheerful receptionist and Christian music, but my most recent visits weren't as good as in the past. There have been long waits before even being called to begin treatment. You don't really receive a personal touch, not knowing which dentist will see you. My last visit, I was recommended treatment that was determined to be unnecessary by a more personable dentist. I have also had issues with having to pay upfront for more than my share of costs after insurance. To my surprise, I even had two appointments canceled without any notice after they stopped offering Saturday visits. Considering all these issues, and my positive dentist experience elsewhere, I would not return to Charlotte Dentistry.
