Staff is very friendly but obviously on commission. And one doc will tell you all kinds of procedures they need to do, then the next will say “well no we dont really need to do that”
One did a bone graph on my husband, the other said he really didn’t need to do that. What? I had to have two deep cleanings, my Mom who goes religiously to the dentist but this being her first time there was told she needed to do two deep cleanings and my husband was told he needed two deep cleanings. I was told i needed to have an old filling replaced. When in to have it done and questioned the dentist, a different one, why i needed this done. He said he didn’t really “need” to do it. Just that it was a silver filling. Ok, well i have had a couple others replaced and they are still to this day very sensitive. I don’t like the new ones. I will keep this last silver one. Thank you. But no thanks. Hmmmm after everything, five of us are changing dentists.

Fantastic experience with Debbie Oliver for my 6 month checkup/cleaning. She put me at ease right from the start, was gentle, kind, and engaged in light conversation to keep me preoccupied in order to reduce my anxiety. Would highly recommend Debbie, plus the other staff was very friendly and professional.

I have heard nothing but amazing things about Frankel Dentistry. I have a dilemma. I have impacted wisdom teeth on the upper jaw. Well it really is getting bothersome. On the lower I have 2 molars that broke to the gums. I had a terrible experience with my dentist when I was younger so I am extremely anxious about having to see one now. Does Frankel accept Paramount Advantage insurance?

My bf had a dental emergency on Sunday. Dr. Frankel was the only dentist to respond. He had never been seen in his office but Dr. Frankel got him in first thing Monday morning. He got the problem taken care of and gained 2 new patients. His office is gorgeous, the staff is outstanding, Dr. Frankel is very attentive. Sarah and Melanie were the girls assisting and we couldnt have asked for nicer people. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He is great!

Nice reception, professional, great communication to patients but not the best outcome. People there are really nice and easy to communicate with, I had several of my teeth done there, really didn’t have the best outcome which I expected, I had pain for long duration, I found difficulty to get appointments on several occasions, I ended up changing dentist..
Update:
Few months later, I started having pain and swelling developed at the root of the tooth for which a crown was placed, it turned out that one of the tooth roots was not cleaned up. I had to see a root canal specialist who had to do minor surgery and reopen the canal. Overall dealing with this tooth cost me much money and time. Like I said above, great reception, but poor outcome despite higher price.

I lived in Perrysburg, which is a suburb outside of Toledo. I was referred to Frankel Dentistry by one of my employees. I had a really great experience.They were professional, proficient, kind and gentle. There was no wait time and everything worked like clock work. I strongly recommend this dentistry to all local residents looking for an excellent dentist. You will not be disappointed.
