This was a very positive experience. I had old mercury fillings replaced and was a little nervous. Sherri (efda) was comforting and let me know what was happening before she did anything. Dr Dhaliwal gave me the numbing shots and I can’t believe I barely felt anything! She also drilled out the old fillings and again very painless! I would definitely go back again for my dental needs and would recommend them to friends and family.

Love my visits to Frankel! The staff is great, from the hygienist to the finance team, my questions are always answered. Brittney and Elena are my favorites, always going above and beyond to accommodate me. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Terrible experience. Took me four months to get a appointment. Told the receptionist what kind of Insurance I had. Was told they took my insurance. Got a appointment four months out. Day of my appointment, was told they didn't take my insurance. Was told they called me the day before and left me a text. They absolutely didn't. . The receptionist was rood. Didn't even offer a apology. Would not recommend. I will tell all my friends and family. Poor customer service.. Bottom line new customer beware

3) raising my rating . The dentist tried to connect with me. Now I get a bill today for $130, after all the phone calls, and final assurance that all was paid.
Back on the phone on Monday.
2)I raised my rating . It took awhile , yet persistent calling kept then on the case at this office , my insurances paid, my cash payment was refunded.
The hygenist was thorough, very good. The front office should have informed me right up front that it would take 3 visits to get my teeth cleaned. They took 18 individual x rays, they should have asked me if I wanted the easier panorama x ray. ( teeth are fine)
Even with 2 insurances, they still got $90 cash from me . They should have told me that up front.
The large treatment room on the 2nd visit for a ' deep cleaning' has too small divider barriers between each chair area. I heard all of the guy 2 chairs over hollering out while getting his teeth pulled.
