I was super nervous when I went in to have an extraction done and the staff were very kind to me and understanding. The procedure didn't take long, it took longer to numb me up then actually pull the tooth and it didn't hurt at all, so that was great. I left with lots of gauze and instructions and I am not feeling as nervous about going back again. The office staff are all very nice and friendly. The doctor is quiet and doesn't make any small talk but he not unkind. He doesn't have to be chatty in my opinion as long as he knows what he's doing. :) All in all, I have been pleased.

The doctor was very aggressive with my mouth they did like 80 xrays of my whole head and i asked why so many....they were clueless that I was there bc I was in pain. I told the person I talked to on the phone I was in pain and i had a abscesstooth...they did a full evaluation of my whole mouth and tried to tell me it was 6000 dollars to get implants and all this crapl when all I wanted was a tooth pulled...the girls were very nice...but there was no way I was letting the old aggressive rude man put his hands back in my mouth and poke me with a needle..ill be in pain and go elsewhere...nope nope nope

I felt very well taken care of and understood. They helped teach me about my own genetic dental health and how to treat it. The staff was exceedingly patient with me while I figured out my insurance situation. My first cleaning went very smoothly and I felt in control and respected during that process. Great payment plans if you ever need and great prices. They don’t slack at all.

24 hour hotline for emergencies , and they were able to get me in the very next morning for an extraction . It took no time at all and the staff was extremely friendly . Same with the filling I had a week later . By far the best dental experience I’ve had yet !

They told me my wisdom teeth had to be pulled no doubt about it , went to get that done they opened one gum up and decided they couldn’t do it stitched it up and recommended me to someone else. The person they recommended said I didn’t have to even have my wisdom teeth touched but now that he opened it up I have to 😬 Bartlesville aspen is a no go for me . The dentist doesn’t speak to you really HOWEVER the one star is to the assistance who actually care

The only good thing I can say about Aspen is that their hygienist was super nice. Aspen did not bill my insurance, and I did not hear about my $800 bill until 2 years later. It took over 4 months to get my bill forgiven, and they only forgave because I went there in person instead of calling. I thank God that in the end Aspen admitted fault and I did not have to pay, but it never should have happened, and once I called with an issue, it should have been resolved quickly instead of me making them do everything.
My appointment was also canceled due to no hygienist, and they didn’t even bother helping me reschedule.

I would highly recommend aspen dental to everyone I know! They were provided me with so much support and information. They took the time to explain procedures and what the goal was for getting my teeth fixed! I hated going to the dentist before now I just regret not going to them from the start. Terrible weather, and rather than make we wait longer to get some relief, they got me in earlier and stayed long enough to make sure that they got the ball rolling! Everyone in the office was very helpful, took the time to to explain everything that they needed to do to make me smile, eat and sleep again! That was a rating from over a year ago! I am still very satisfied with the service and the way I was treated! My smile is beautiful and it is because of a very caring Dentist and staff. They took great care of me yesterday and it was a short notice visit. I needed in quickly and needed cavities mended... they stepped up and got it done plus some extra. I cried all the way home and those were tears of joy. Thank you Thank you Thank you....
