Aspen Dental gave me such a great experience!! The office staff was so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hiatt provided me with excellent service! I’m thankful I found Aspen Dental when I did! They’re definitely professionals in what they do!

Office seems generally more interested in selling more services and optional products than providing care. Ask prior to leaving to see a detailed list of all of your charges, as they will typically add optional items by default in order to charge more.

At our latest scheduled visit, we were told they had no hygienists on staff, so they could not provide a cleaning. Overall, I am very unimpressed with their management.

I had been to another dental center and got dentures this last Jan. 7th. But have been having some problems that I thought might not be normal, but what do I know, never had dentures before. Anyway The Doctor at Aspen said I was not healed yet, my gums, so why did the other dds center make my permant dentures. Well, I have no idea, I trusted the doctors to know what needed to be done. But now I have been using some powdered glue along with the gel, and teeth are staying in while I eat. The Doctor at Aspen said they may have to start all over on making my dentures for me , but will wait for my gums to heal completely , that is not a surprise to me, am looking forward to having teeth to fit and a denture center to go to when I need them.The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I do not have my new teeth yet, hoping when I do I will come back and give them 5 stars.

Not a fan of waiting. i hour late from appointment time to actually being seen. Told receptionist to not send a survey because I would not give Aspen high remarks. Aspen is obviously a corporate business, not concerned about one on one human interaction. I wouldn't use them again unless it was a dire emergency, even then, there are other options.

Excellent! Friendly, helpful, positive and very knowledgable! Explained everything and answered all questions, but didn't try to PUSH me into any decision. They will be doing my dental work and I will recommend them.

I just started with Aspen Dental and I have a few concerns. First, I was overwhelmed with reminders for several days before the appointment. One reminder the day before is sufficient. When I went for the first consultation, they wanted me to purchase a cancer screening for $30.00. I did not find this out of the ordinary, but when I went for my cleaning, I was told I had a charge of $29.00. I explained I have dental insurance coverage from two different sources and Aspen is in both networks. I should not have any change for preventative care. The receptionist explained the charge was for an optional fluoride treatment that I did not want. She said the insurance would not pay for it. I told her neither would I, and she took the charge off. Then, the hygienist asked if I had sensitivity to hot or cold. I said, "Yes, I am very sensitive to both.". Then she sprayed my gums with cold water! I have been getting my teeth cleaned every 3 months for 10 years with a different healthcare provider who is not longer in my insurance network. Maybe I am spoiled, but this is the first time I have been hurt in a cleaning. I could definitely feel that this was a corporate owned institution and not a private practice. My husband has an appointment next week. We will determine if we will continue with Aspen based on his visit experience.

The office staff & assistants were very pleasant & helpful....but the dentists was terrible. He certainly doesnt know the meaning of "gentle dentistry ".....he has an awful bedside manner...very cold and seemed unconcerned or caring for the well being of me as a patient...I would say that he has the personality of a fence post. .and that's a stretch! I would hope that they have another dentist on staff...if not, I won't be returning.

I was hoping for a green toothbrush, the one I got was more of a seldom, but I guess it is okay. Ovrall experience was wonderful, everyone including the receptionists, hygienist, assistants, and the Doctor were friendly and helpful. Can't wait for my next appointment. Seriously.

We had an emergency situation and needed to be seen asap...they got us in immediately everyone was kind and gave us every last bit of information we needed to make a solid decision about our situation. Great care taken to make sure my daughter's pain would not be made worse. Awesome place.
