Terrible experience, I will NOT come back! Receptionist is NOT adequately trained! The appointment was paid for in advance. The receptionist Keeli said there was an additional payment $188 to be processed for pain/sedation medication for the day of my removal & all I had to do was pick it up at Walgreens. The prescription was never called in by Aspen Dental on Friday. I was in agonizing pain all weekend because of a failure on the office staff! So Monday the day of my removal-I’m still without pain medicine I ran around trying to get this mediation, the pharmacy opened at 9 my appointment was at 10. I was instructed to take the medication 1 hour before my appointment. When picking the medication up I was told I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $85.29! When I arrived at Aspen Dental for my removal I asked about a refund for the medication after paying for it twice once through Aspen Dental & once to Walgreens! The receptionist Keeli had to ask for help another lady walked up to inform me that they cannot charge for or administer the medication & That the $188 is just a fee they charge and cannot be refunded. $273.29 in total for a fee I was not informed of & the medication I was without all weekend. I did not receive in time to take before my appointment because Aspen Dental didn’t call it in until Monday morning! They said just bring it with you to your appointment, I did and they KEPT the prescription stating they couldn’t administer the medication or send it home with me due to liability purposes! Due to their lack of patient care and receptionist providing me with misinformation I paid $273.29 for nothing! The lack of patient care is appalling! The only positive experience I had was Amanda. She was sweet and compassionate.

This is a great place. The people are so sweet and it makes you feel very comfortable. They are not money mongers like all the dentist I have been to before. So, if you don't like spending a fortune on your teeth but want TOP NOTCH quality work this is the place to go. I will recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends!

Aspen Dental is the best place I have ever had a good experience with. I have never ever liked having to go to the dentist, but at Aspen Dental the staff and dentist make you feel very calm and show great compassion for you and your situation. I will never go to anyone else but them. I highly recommend them to any and every one. They make a bad situation into a good one and make sure you are doing well. I cannot find the words to express how great they are. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Hiatt for all your care and compassion.

The service was excellent! The whole staff strives to provide the upmost care and professionalism to patients. Service prices were reasonable but they do add additional "package" items that are expensive. For example a $130 toothbrush. Make sure to carefully review the cost of each procedure. Overall, had a great experience!

I had been having issues with my teeth hurting in excruciating pain finally said I need to go to dentist ASAP. Made an appointment online got in sooner due to an cancellation. Being a new patient the exam and X-rays were free. Got right in and got my extraction. I have always, always been petrified of the dentist but the staff was amazing and professional. Dr Hiatt is magnificent at what he does! I was in and out and with lil to no pain! Hellllll yeahhhh

OHMYGOODNESS!! I have NEVER had this much fun at a dentist office!! Everyone is so nice!! They talk to u like u are family. They played music & sang!! I was totally blown away!! I had a filling done on a front tooth...u can't even tell where it was!! My next visit will be to get my tooth capped. I have never been so excited to go to the dentist in all my life!!! This place is AWESOME!!!

Girls in front office for the most part are very informative and knowledgeable. Sometimes they get it wrong but generally they are very good. I feel I am in good hands most of time however, sometimes I am prompted by email to confirm my coming appointment. Also they seem to have a lot of technical problems with their telephone system.

Office staff nice , X-rays were painful, billing is where they lost me! I was seen over a year ago and they didn’t bill my insurance but sent me a bill just the other day and when I called the insurance they confirmed it was never submitted to them but now a year later too late so I’m stuck with a bill! Looking for a local Dentist that isn’t too busy to take care of business!

Never again! Had a tooth break while at work, they told me they could get me in so I went in and was there over 3 hours in pain. They made me go through a battery of x-rays that had nothing to do with my emergency and I had to sit there and listen to the doctors plan for all the rest of my teeth and all I wanted was to get the tooth pulled so the pain would stop! When it came time to have it pulled, the Dr. was rough and frankley pretty rude. His bedside manner was terrible! Lesson learned..NEVER AGAIN!
