Aspen Dental

I have not been to a dentist for a long time. My first visit and second visit to Aspen Dental was very good! The techs and administrators were very professional and kind. The clinic has a gentle atmosphere! The dentist preformed his work swiftly of which made me very happy! I look forward to my next visit!

As a man it is a challenge to admit, personal fears, in which I get bad anxiety when I go to the dentist from a bad previous charity dentist office. I let go of my pride and let them know this at Aspen Dental, and from that point till I left the were more than accommodating and they showed more care and concern for myself then I believe they did for anyone else there. I will recommend this dentistry until someone can show me a better. Thank you so much for you kindness and professionalism.

This was my first visit to Aspen dental and I will say that I was very impressed. the staff was knowledgeable kind and courteous. Answered all my questions with direct answers instead of saying I need to talk to somebody about it. The dentist himself done a fantastic job. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and they had me in and out of there by 10 a.m. this is one of the nicest cleanest dentist office I've ever been in very professional well-organized. and they have an in-house lab to where they can make your teeth in a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks. And as they say if I'm not happy they will make me happy that's their goal is to make sure that the customer is always happy with their choices and products. So on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 9.9 because the perfect 10 is Jesus Christ. I hope you enjoyed reading this review. Thank you for your time.

1 call to the office (there was actually one more the day before); seven calls to the emergency number, answered by a 24-7 answering service; 3 call-backs from the emergency answering service. Aspen Dental is terrible at following through with their promise of after care.

There is a reason the local office and their phone system tells you to call their emergency line - so they can use a 3rd-party to ignore you.

Best dental experience ever. And I'm approaching 73 years old.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Amanda was amazing! I had to get my tooth pulled and she held my hand and talked me through it because I was freaking out! I highly suggest coming here.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen yesterday.. Everyone there was beyond kind.. The atmosphere was great you could hear laughter all threw out the office.. They made you feel like a friend and not a patient. They take care of you then worry about payment, and they even work with you on that.. Big shout out to Amanda. Thank you again for making me feel special yesterday.. there are reason God has people meet.. can't wait to go back..

Aspen Dental absolutely wasted my time, and upon looking at reviews I see my experience is not uncommon. After being bumped by the office at 7:30am that morning from my scheduled 8:45am appointment to 11:30am, I came in for a check-up and cleaning. I sat through an abnormally long and jabby x-ray procedure, and I was told during the procedure that my insurance wasn't in their system. I specifically chose this office because my insurance provider listed it as an option. Rather than calling the insurance company to resolve it, the receptionist "sent it in." After visiting with the dentist, the office manager, Shelby, came to visit with me. I was told that they could not discuss "pricing options" for a simple cleaning until they heard back from my insurance company. Despite pulling up my insurer's website and showing that preventative care and cleaning was covered both in and out of network, I was told that I would need to come back another day. I then asked what I owed for the x-ray and consultation and was told "oh, that's free and not billed to your insurance!"

Literally every other dental appointment I have ever been to has started with a cleaning and ended with a visit from the dentist. There's not a meeting halfway through to discuss "pricing options" like there is here (when I filled out Aspen's post-visit survey, the consultation with an office manager was specifically mentioned, so this is standard practice). At other dentists, billing details and confusion were always taken care of before my visit by the office, and if there were lingering issues, service was still performed. Since Aspen supposedly didn't bill my insurance, I'm not going to bother returning for the cleaning. I'll go somewhere that doesn't seem to be assessing me as a mark before performing the service I scheduled.

Aspen is the best dentist I have been ever been to! Everyone has great personalities and is just so nice and make you feel like they really care!! Just all around great atmosphere in there, loved it!!! Would recommend for anyone to try them out!
