I have used smiles
Dental for over five years. Smiles has very helpful, kind and professional staff. The front desk staff is personable, and very good at working with my busy schedule. I have been seeing “Kayla” as my hygienist for years and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Kayla is great at offering suggestions and tips for improving my oral care regimen without being judgmental. Dr. Garcia is friendly and easy going, I appreciate his calm demeanor and willingness to work with patients on a care plan that works for them. Thank you smiles!

From the moment you walk in you’re automatically greeted with thee most welcoming and caring staff. Back office is nothing short of AMAZING too. I went in with terrible pain, they actually got me in within 2hrs of calling and I’m new to their clinic. They gave me 3 different options for the dental plan on this particular tooth. And then worked with me on a payment plan. I’ve seen Smiles in Roseburg but recently moved and I’m so glad they have this office close to me. Above all, I highly recommend them, as I know you’ll be SO happy with your choice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The first appointment my son had there was wonderful. The next appointment he had well they decided to fill with another client because I didn't receive the text message so the appointment wasn't confirmed. I didn't receive a call the work day before so I had no awareness that I was suppose to confirm an appointment for Monday. I had to travel an hour only to be told his appointment was filled by someone else. To top it off, the doctor wasn't even there so a comprehensive exam couldn't even be done. Oye! Definitely not sure where the office missed the marks on this so if you live in Eugene and have a flexible schedule then it's a wonderful office but if you live outside of the Eugene area and have to work around a work schedule, it's hard. I have to say when they scheduled the first time to see my son they were able to get him so for that it was a good experience but this most recent one was not.

This was my first dentist appointment since moving to Oregon and I must say it was a pleasant experience. I was attended too quickly. No long wait. My dentist was nice and approachable. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She let me know what we were going to do (before doing them) and informed me of what each thing was used for and what issues I had and how I could improve the quality of my teeth. She answered any questions I had with enthusiasm; overall it was a good experience.

My experience with the hygienist was fantastic. However, the experience with the dentist was suboptimal. I do not expect my dentist to be my bff but when approaching me as a patient there should be an introduction and at least a question about what are my main concerns. On both appointments my dentist did not even say hi. As health professionals is important for us to make sure that our patients feel like people and not just bodies we use to perform procedures.

Thank *you for reviving my smile back again!! I almost thought it were impossible to have *my teeth repaired to last.
*Dr. *Min performed a great awesome work on crowning my front teeth, after a battle with tooth loss/tooth decay.
She, *Dr. *Min and her staff were highly professional and sincerely helpful in achieving the best dental treatment in a comfortable pleasant warm atmosphere.
Thank you once again and I would recommend anyone in the near future to “Smiles *Dentistry.” They’re all great!!

This is the first time I come to smile dental eugene. I love this place. Stephany work in the front desk provide amazing customer service, she is nice and go above and beyond to provide the information that I need.
Not to mention Nicole my hygienist, she is so nice and gentle, she did a very thorough cleaning work on my teeth. My teeth look and feel so much better now. All the employees here are try their best to provide the best service to the customers. I highly recommend this place! I love it.

Very gentle! I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned again. Nicole did an awesome job. Happy to know I only need one crown. I thought for sure I needed 2.

Came in to have a loose tooth checked out. Turned out I had to have it extracted. I had never had that procedure done before.

Hounding me for a $70 “deductible” for 3 years now when I only received a cleaning. My insurance covered preventative appointments with a $25 co-pay. I disputed the charge on the phone, never heard back, and continued to receive emails and text messages asking for the full amount. Wouldn’t recommend. Send it to collections. 👍
