Staff took care to make me well informed about what to expect, helped me be comfortable and my two crown prep procedure painless and the Dr. kept me updated on status until complete. On top of all that the two temporary crowns look good enough to keep.

I had an excellent experience with Smiles Dental. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. We were here from our of state but I think I will come back just to have my dental work done by this wonderful group of people. Not one complaint. All positive.

I can't speak to all of the dentists at this company but I recently visited Ahmed Elhamady and it was by far the worst dental experience of my life (I much prefer childbirth over seeing this dentist). I've visited many dentists over the years either due to change in insurance or location, and he was the WORST! Horrible communicator, lacks compassion and was so forceful! I tried stopping him many times as he was extracting a tooth as I felt EVERYTHING he was doing and he just kept going, not even offering a break to catch my breathe as I was feeling very light headed. I literally felt the entire tooth extraction!! In addition I had a temp crown placed on another tooth and he didn't even communicate what he was doing and when, so when I thought he was extracting the tooth he was doing the crown. I was very frustrated by the fact that he was even too busy for our appt, he numbed me (which was so much more painful than ever before) than he left for over 45 minutes, so by the time he finally came back to do the extraction (2 hours later, after the crown) I was not numb anymore and he had to redo it all!! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy! I regret not looking him up before the appt so much, but I was anxious to get it done. As you'll find there is no information on him.

Bought a Groupon for teeth whitening and I'm debating on fully switching over to their dentist! The dentist came to do a quick scan before I had simple whitening done. Everyone there was so nice, and the lady that set everything up was very informative! My teeth are 1.5 shades lighter in 30 mins and no sensitivity so far, 12 hrs later.

Have to say I have lost a lot of respect for this company. I do really enjoy Kayla who cleans my teeth whoever the amount they are charging now exceeds my insurance so I had to switch from 4 times a year to 3. On top of that they expect me to pay over $800. to pull one of my crowns off, clean around the area and put back my crown? I don't think so...in fact I do not believe I will have anymore dentistry done by this office other then teeth cleaning. To add frustration to the situation they are now charging every patent $5.00 for PPE? That is BS!!! When I go back in May if they charge me for PPE again it will be my last trip to Smiles Dental. I really don't see much to smile about Smiles Dental any longer.

I am a long-time patient of Smiles Dental and I am appalled they charged me $5 extra to pay for “THEIR PPE”. I feel like sending them a bill for my PPE. I registered a complaint with their head office so I shall see if I receive a refund. Think twice before going with a large dental company where the decisions are made at the corporate level.
On a more positive note, my dental hygienist did an excellent job and is wonderful to work with. If I decide to continue as their patient, it will be because of her.

I never feel scared to go in and get work done! The staff at Smiles are amazing and make sure that your comfort and happiness comes first. I will continue to give them bussiness... If you are afraid of dentist visits and are looking for a new place to go this is it.

Dr. Parry is awesome, knowledgeable and super friendly. Randy is the best for dental cleanings...it’s actually an enjoyable hour because he cleans so gently. Plus he’s fun to talk to and get your mind off the cleaning part of it. Highly recommend Smiles!

My girlfriend had no dental insurance and really needed a tooth removed. We called to inquire about possible options and Smiles Dental went above and beyond. Not only did they schedule an x-ray that next business day, they also offered an affordable payment option and removed the tooth that same day. I'm very grateful for the professionalism and effectiveness provided there.
