Terrible service. The dentist was not acting confident in the work he was doing on my teeth whatsoever. An assistant tried to excuse his actions by saying he was just sarcastic. If matters couldn’t get worse, the dentist was extremely rough. I ultimately felt very disrespected. They didn’t do anything to accommodate me or make my experience better. Do not go to this dentist or you will be disappointed.

Smiles Dental is the only place I trust to work on my teeth. I had a problem tooth (which I struggled with for years and had a former dentist mess up on) which they took care of with a crown and I have had no problems since. It was such a huge relief! The staff are amazing and they take the time to fully explain what is going on with my teeth, improvements I can make, and I plan going forward which fits my schedule and budget.

I am very nervous when it comes to dental work. Dr Parry was so patient and kind he put me right at ease! The rest of the staff is just as kind. Yesterday I had crowns placed on all top teeth. I never imagined that I could do this, but Smiles made it happen and love my new teeth!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I loved coming to this office for the first couple of years. The staff was nice and professional. But once my hygienist left, things went south with this office. I recently decided to proceed with clear correct after being convinced by the dentist that I was a good candidate. I asked if I could have someone put some numbers together for me so I could make a good financial decision. I was told I had 2000 dollars in ortho coverage. I was surprised when I saw that, and even asked if this was accurate. They assured me it was, and pursued me to pay the balance. I didn’t have my HSA card on me and told them I would call once I got home from work. I got a call 3 hours later asking to pay the balance. Mind you, I can’t get them to call me back regarding their screw up that has gone on for now 3 months.
After 4 weeks, I called to follow up on the status of my retainers. I was told another 2 weeks and I would have them. I called 2 weeks later, and they still weren’t ready. After 2 months of waiting I received a bill for 2000 dollars. Insurance had denied the claim a month prior and this was what I was expected to pay. I called incredibly frustrated regarding this surprise bill, but was told I would get my money back because of the misunderstanding. We are 5 weeks in from that phone call and now they are telling me I will be charged the retainer fees. It shows in my file that no one ever called to verify my insurance coverage. I am now 3 months in, out 3000 dollars and no retainers. I used my health savings account which expires December 31st and can’t get a single straight answer from anyone. I have never written a google review regarding a business, but this is beyond infuriating. I was lied to and continued to be lied to. Do not go here. The dental hygienist are great but their office staff does not have their you know what together. I have held off on writing this review in hopes that they would at least have the decency to follow up with me versus me having to chase them down. But they don’t care. They don’t care about their patients. They do however care about collecting money and making a sale, selling another version of Invisalign.
