I adore Makayla! She is friendly, fast, and very efficient. Each time I've been in she walks me through the process, discusses issues or thoughts I may have had since the last visit, and ends with follow up questions or notes for our next appointment. She is very professional. I give her my highest rating and recommendation.

Very nice staff. Appointment went smoothly. I didn't like the layout of the patient rooms. You don't get your own room, instead it's an open area where there are no walls dividing you from other patients. You can hear the conversations of other people. I felt like it was a lack of privacy. Despite that, everything else was good. Doctor was super cool and very nice!

I went in to get 2 cavities filled and had multiple terrible experiences. The dental hygienists were wonderfully sweet and helped explain things and make me feel comfortable, however, the dentist seemed very rushed, finished both fillings in a concerningly short amount of time and told me that it was normal to feel pain days after getting fillings (which I’ve never experienced before after the procedure) and that I may need to come back in if that happens. Well like he said, they hurt when I ate to the point that I couldn’t chew anything on the left side of my mouth for 2 weeks. When I went in to get a ‘bite adjustment’ (or in other words, fixing what was wrong) he was extremely rushed and when he was finished and asked if that was any better and I said no it still hurt he said it was normal and that I just needed to let it heal and then he left the room without letting me respond. It’s been another 2 weeks and I still can’t chew on the left side of my mouth without sharp pain. My teeth hurt less before I even got the fillings. I wish I’d never gone to this dentist, and I will not be going back, I’ll find a dentist that actually takes the time to make sure they are doing everything correctly and safely.

I get really bad anxiety when it comes to any type of dental visit. Always have. This place, the staff and doctor were absolutely amazing! For once I didn’t feel hardly anything after he numbed me. They talked me through it and explained which steps were happening. I feel better being walked through it and knowing. Everyone made me feel comfortable, the numbing was amazing! He did so good I didn’t feel anything. I also used the nitros gas which helped with my anxiety a lot. I’m home now recovering and only feel a little bit of discomfort and my face isn’t swollen. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and a bad molar all at once. Everything about this visit was a great experience. I just found my new dentist to stick with and I’m happy. I hope whoever finds this review takes a chance with this place and I hope your experience is as great as mine was today.

Always so friendly and kind. I had the best dentist and assistant today. So funny, friendly and helpful. I walked in having no idea what exactly was going to happen and they made sure i felt comfortable with the entire procedure.

Everyone here is very nice! I’m always super nervous to go to the dentist so... it was good they were very accommodating for my nerves.

Very clean office/clinic area, nice view through the windows in the different areas while you’re being worked on.

That being said, the nice person who gave me my local numbing injection missed the nerve to my tooth.. my whole check was numb but.. my tooth felt all the drilling, scraping, etc..

I’m not usually one to complain but.. just a part of my review for this place..Especially after paying lots of money 🤣

The rest of the procedure was 100% top quality.

I had a great experience at Smiles! I transferred to them after having doubts about my previous dentist. The people at Smiles were super nice and came across as very trustworthy. I like how they encourage focusing on more intense personal care to promote healing rather than just expensive treatments. I definitely recommend them!

I have gone to Smiles Dental for many years before it was Smiles. The staff are friendly and personable. My bill is explained in detail and I fully understand any procedure that I may need. Even my co-workers have been pleased with their experiences as well. I do recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist or just want to change your dentist due to bad experiences.

Previous dental experiences made me nervous to go back to the dentist, however I have always had great experiences here. The staff is so friendly and when i have had serious procedures done they reassured me that it would be done properly. The facility takes precautions with the health of their customers during this time as well.

Kayla is a wonderful hygienist. She’s careful and thorough, but gentle in the more sensitive areas of my mouth. She explains everything as she goes so I understand what’s happening. She’s knowledgeable about various products and gives good reminders about best oral hygiene practices. So glad she’s at Smiles Dental.
