Had a great experience on Monday with Premier. I haven't had a lot of recent dental procedures and was very anxious. Dr Barrett and all his staff made me feel more comfortable and confident. Had a root canal and an extraction and both went very well. They also offer a dental savings plan for those without dental insurance to help with the costs. Although I would love to see the discount for major procedures increased, especially when two or three majors are needed, it was at least some help. It's a challenge for seniors on a fixed income to afford dental care and this is an especially vulnerable time for us and our teeth as we age.

February 2019, Well, my experience with Dr Barrett was again comfortable and efficient. But, i did feel that being a senior cash customer who also purchased a Dental Savings Plan 8 months ago, the fee for a crown on a small tooth was over the top. I pray that i don't have anything more happen without insurance or my savings will be gone. We live on a fixed income and professionals used to discount for cash paying customers. Another issue that needs to be addressed for our senior community!

Another almost great experience with Dr Barrett's office with one exception. Had my teeth cleaned and was charged 50% for x rays which I knew was not correct. I questioned it at the time and was told it was correct. Went home and called Blue Cross, should not have been charged. But, Blue Cross had provided incorrect information to the office. Here's my issue, when I called the office the response was...well we only bill the insurance as a courtesy so "you'll" need to have them provide us with the correct information. Really, is this customer service. I realize everyone is busy these days but you don't make enough to be a little more helpful and courteous to your loyal patients. Now I have to wait a couple weeks to get my refund which was paid with my debit card. I'm a senior living on social security. Blue Cross rep, Kimberly, is making sure they get the correct information and then calling me to confirm receipt by Dr Barretts office. Now thats customer service. Gone are the old days of true customer service

I’m not one to review anything, but I’m going to leave one for Premier Dental because I’m thoroughly impressed with their work and dedication to the jobs. Not a big fan of dentists from childhood experiences but I mean it when I say I like going to them for my dental work.
Never did I feel my wisdom teeth getting pulled or was I nervous about the lm fixing a awful cavity.
They deserve 5 stars.
