I have always received good care here. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the hygienists diligent and helpful. The dentist himself is excellent in his treatment of me.

Update: Lowered rating 5 stars to 2. In the middle of care plan, the clinic decided to no longer accept my dental insurance. They did not notify me of this fact and treated me all the while knowing. We were very careful to make sure in advance to go to a provider that accepted our insurance and were paneled. Yet they did not disclose that they decided to leave the panel ( in the middle of the benefit calendar year, leaving us with a balance that we did not expect due to our coverage. BEWARE. Always call them the day of your appointment to make sure they still accept your insurance. Staff told us that " they are not obliged to inform us if they choose to no longer accept certain insurance that lowered what thy will pay." No regard. This leaves the patient vulnerable to surprises. Dentists need to be included in the No Surprises Act where medical providers cannot do to their patients what was done to us here. We really liked the dentist. Too bad business and profits get in the way of truly valuing their patients.

My dental hygienist is the sweetest women! Always so attentive and friendly! She is super cautious of my extreme hot/cold sensitivity during my cleanings and exams. And displays true compassion for my sensitivity. At my last visit she mentioned they had a new laser treatment that could help prevent this awful condition. For $75 I was more than willing to try! And to my surprise- today I ate ice cold summer melons with absolutely no pain! First time I can recall eating cold foods without pain! Thank you sooo much! ❤️ This is truly life changing. A daily pain gone!

I am very happy to have Maria as my hygenist. I asked her to check my sensitive areas in my mouth. Maria did check especially the left upper back area and around my lower right bridge. We reviewed to focus on my back area molars floss more often after meals. Basically, Maria said my teeth were in a better shape than last time. I'm very pleased fo keep Maria as my Hygienist.

Until today I was happy with Premier Dental. Today I went in for two minor fillings and the dentist said one of the teeth had been previously filled and did the other tooth quickly, (less than 5 minutes, it took longer to get numb). Then the dentist said I they had failed to bill me for that work and did so today along with the tooth he "filled" today. When I was home I looked up my previous billing statements (I pay cash for my care) and saw I had paid for work on both of those teeth in March of this year, they acknowledged the March care, but opted to charge me the higher priced dental work of the tooth they didn't work on today instead of the lower priced care on the tooth they supposedly worked on today. I am sad for I thought I had found a dental care provider I would be happy to use and refer to others.

I found my new dentist! New to the area; broke a tooth; google searched and scheduled a non-urgent appointment at Premier Care Dental with Dr. Barratt within a week.
I was relieved to find welcoming staff, a good competent assistant, and a friendly, skilled/experienced dentist. They set me with a temporary, then 3 weeks later, a permanent crown. Any discomfort I felt was minor, yet they were attentive to my level of comfort throughout the process.
I consider myself fortunate to have found such great dental care!
