I had a cracked tooth this morning and was in pretty bad pain, called premier care and they were able to help me out same day, turned out it was a different tooth causing me issues, and they were real and up front about all the cost and procedures and super friendly staff. Kudos to Brittney and Tashina for being so kind and held Paul and the dentist (name slips my mind right now) but he was super friendly and did a great job filling my tooth and explains to me what should be done in the future. I highly recommend these guys for any dental work.

Today I went into Dr. Barrett's office to sign up as a new patient. I had stopped at the office for Premier Care Dental in Medford last week as I was returning to Grants Pass from CA. We are in the process of moving to Grants Pass, and I had seen an ad for Premier Care Dental's yearly fee for basic care plan - I like that business model for those of us who do not have dental insurance. When I walked into the Medford office I was greeted by extremely friendly staff who were very helpful, and even willing to try to get me in right then/that same day. When I mentioned I was from Grants Pass, they said, "Oh, we have an office right in Grants Pass."
Well, that seemed great, so this morning I went into Dr. Barrett's office, and cooled my heels standing at the counter for 5-7 minutes while the receptionist was on a long phone call. She kept her back to me nearly the whole time - never indicting that she knew I was there (she did - we were only three feet from each other). When she hung up, she turned to me, and with out so much as a 'hi' or the slightest smile said, "Name?" It kind of threw me. I had expected some kind of greeting since I had never been in the office before. This lady needs to learn to smile at the very least.
I explained that I wasn't a patient there, and had come in to schedule a cleaning. She refused to do that. Said I had to come in twice - once for the initial exam, and then at that time I could schedule another appointment for the cleaning. I said that I would prefer to only make one trip, and couldn't I get a cleaning at the time of the first visit. She plainly (so that I could understand no means no) stated that that would not be possible. She made it quite clear that there would be no effort made to accommodate my request.
I thanked her and left. I now have an appointment with the very friendly people at Premier Care Dental in Medford. And guess what? They never even tried to make two appointments; the exam, x-rays, and cleaning will all be done with one trip. I'm actually going to save time by driving 60 mi. round trip.

Had a great visit. Funny to say after 3 hours in a chair having your tooth ground to a nub - but the Dr. explained everything made sure I was in no pain and made it a really good experience. If I had this dentist when I was younger I would have gone for regular visits.

I really liked the office in Medford. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I went to the Grants Pass Office for a cleaning and was not impressed at all. I had to come back the next day to finish my cleaning even when I had an appointment. I didn’t understand that and no one explained. I paid for my first cleaning and it was suppose to be included in my initial deal.
Receipt Invoice didn’t even say what service
it was for. I’m sorry but I was not impressed.
