UPDATE: My boyfriend has had to go to another dentist 3X to get the dentist in Grants Pass work fixed (ie. basically cavity fillings that apparently (according to 2 other dentists we've seen since) weren't done properly). Pain is subjective, but it sounded like the experiences were more painful and drawn-out than they had to be as well. Barratt needs more experience.

After a friend here referred us, my partner and I traveled from Humboldt County, California just to see this team because the prices are so good, appointments were easy to get, and their equipment is newer/more effective(?) than older dentists' + they are able to consult within a network of top dentists in the Premier Care Dental group and can refer any special work to the dentist w/ the most experience in that area (I wish we had done that sooner!) My partner needed extensive work, and they definitely put our best interests over what's convenient for them. We truly appreciate that they take special care to explain everything to us and accommodate our needs. And my hygienist's cleaning was painless!

Had to have a new filling yesterday. Let me preference by saying going to the dentist for anything other than a cleaning is one of my least favorite things to do. I was pleasantly surprised by yesterday's experience. Both the dentist and his assistant were well aware of my concern and took them seriously. The shot was given very gently, the dentist made sure I was completely numb before he began. Both were clear that if I experienced any pain to raise my left hand and they would stop immediately. Not necessary.
Super impressed, and know that if and when I need more dental work it will be OK. Thanks much.

Very friendly and professional tech cleaned my teeth. Gave me a minute by minute explanation of the work she doing, gave me some instructions on what I should do to prevent further gum deterioration then sent me off with my next appointment.

They've done it again! Marika was kind, professional, and as proficient as always. But today we needed everyone! Maria took care of my twins single handedly and they loved every minute of it! They were singing, and laughing, and also experiencing the most amazing introduction to dentistry... All while I got my teeth cleaned! Dr Barrett took care of us all and we couldn't have asked for anything better. They did pillage the prize chest unapologetically so let's hope it gets restocked!
Their compassionate, straight forward, non-judgemental care was so refreshing. So worth the drive!
