I am very pleased with Premier Care Dental's quality of work, respect, their concern for your individual situation. The girls in the office are very efficient and friendly as well. I highly recommend them!

Always better than expected. Everyone’s been great to me. Especially appreciate the appointment reminder calls. Ok if I had teeth too have dental work applied ! I had Dentures made. So much has changed! Digital Dentures ! No goo mold, process! Took my existing dentures for reference. First pair , the bite needed less correction I would say.! Fascinating! Adjust the specs and carve out another set of teeth.

We had a long treatment due to covid and family illness. About a year, extractions , bone grafts and then the payoff. Comfort, fit and no pain. I cant say enough about the staff they took care of my wife who was afriad, now has no oroblem going now. Hey i can eat corn on the cob again. Thanks

I would definitely recommend this office. They get you in quickly, very friendly and positive atmosphere! Maria was my hygienist and she made me feel at home. She also made it feel as if I had been going there for years, but I was a new patient. The Dentist was very nice as well. They were informative and gave me ideas on how to prevent issues in the future. I trust them 100%. They have a lifelong patient with me!

We live on the coast, so both getting appointments and finding a good and kind dentist is extremely hard close to home. We have been driving 2 hours (one way) to Premier Care Dental in Grants Pass for a few years now. Dr. Bartatt and all of the staff are always kind, friendly, and great at their work. They are awesome at emergency appointments- they will squeeze you in, not say the next appt. is in 3 months. We have referred friends, and will continue to do so.

If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is a GREAT fit for you!!!! I have massive anxiety about dentistry however the atmosphere here is very disarming. The staff that meets you out front are so sweet and kind! I was in and out fairly quickly, but they did extensive exams and gave me free Xrays and a phase one phase two response to the work I'll need done. They explained everything very well, and were very non judgemental and caring. The doctor knows what he's doing and was very thorough. I couldn't be happier that I picked this dentist!

The experience has been very good so far and staff was very informative and courteous. I went there initially to look into and possibly get an implant as I have. Tooth missing in the front and wear a Plate but.is uncomfortable and more of an inconvenience and don't like to smile at least grin for sure. While I was there has x-rays done as I'm a new.client and some cleaning done and fluoride put on my teeth. I have information regarding the cost of the implant but when I read the advertisement it stated 990.00 for an implant to new customer. It's going to be a heck of alot more than that. I want this done as I'm tired of going through life not being able to smile. But in the advertisement please note maybe the tooth or something Is 999.00 but there is additional costs that is being charged to be able.to have the implant. Just feel there shoulder been a little more details as.i was thinking it was going to cost me a little over a 1000 dollars not 3000 dollars. Just saying should be more descriptive. Thank!

My hygienist named Maria was top notch. She was careful to allow me time to respond to her questions while cleaning. The cleaning was thorough. It went smoothly and it was all completely pain free! She was very capable and I am a total chicken at the dentist. With Maria by my side, she explained everything as she went about my treatment. I relaxed even more than I ever have been able to on my own. She was also very professional and knowledgeable. I have been with Premier for many years now. Sam has always been my hygienist before and she's 100% awesome! Since Sam can't always be there, I'm super stoked that Maria is part of their amazing team now.
There is always such a positive vibe in the whole G.P. office and the employee to patient ratio seems appropriate. (I am never kept waiting too long.) As soon as I check in, I'm quickly called back. I used to use Premier in Medford until they opened the Grants Pass office. In my experience, in 30 years in the Valley, they are the only dentist that really treats the whole person and cares about your well-being. They have never canceled on me, I can get on a wait list if need be and they are great at reminders too. I think almost everyone has a at least one "nightmarish" dental experience that can make even the most stoic of us more skittish at the dentist. I do actually look forward to seeing the staff and their thorough professionalism helps me forget my fears and get the healthcare I need.
Even the ladies in the billing department are kind and never snotty. They are all part of the awesome team at Premier! Thank you all for really caring!
Never have I ever had any regrets here! For the first time in many years I am looking forward to my next visit. Way to go Primier! 😁✌

Maria is a great and gentle hygienist. She is very sensitive and her excellent record keeping helped to remind her of my concerns.
Always wonderful to see Dr. Barrett who routinely leaves me feeling that I am taking care of my teeth and encourages me to continue to do so.
I look forward to my visits.

Went back to Premier Dental for a cleaning. I saw Marika again and she did a very thorough job.
I really like this dental office and have recommended them to my work mates!
