I recently had some veneers put on and the staff did amazing throughout the entire process ensuring perfection for this life changing procedure. I stumbled upon this place because I was looking to apply to dental hygiene school & had to look for a place to shadow. After many rejections from other dental offices saying "COVID-19 this and that", I pleaded my case with Dr. Charles & he was gracious enough to let me shadow there; I was not even a patient yet! I learned so much from Holly, the dental hygienist. I felt that the knowledge & expertise & professionalism shown by Dr. Charles, Holly, & the rest of their team was outstanding. A few months after I finished my shadowing experience, I came back to be a patient at this office. Dr. Charles & Holly both explained things to me in a way that I would easily understand. Also, Dr. Charles was never pushy when he was explaining each treatment I needed to get done. Overall, you can tell that Dr. Charles genuinely cares about everyone & is not just trying to "sell" you something. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. I cannot recommend this place enough. Take it from me because I have seen things from a patient's point of view & the employee's point of view!
If you are worried about Covid-19 and do not want to go to the dentist because of that, do not worry because I experienced first hand that Dr. Charles, Holly & their team all sanitize everything (tools, instruments, etc.) in between every patient. If you hate going to the dentist, I promise you that after you visit Dr. Charles & Holly, you won't hate it anymore!

I broke a tooth that had a root canal on it because I was chewing on ice (don’t do this) and I had to leave town quickly to be the best man in a wedding and couldn’t wait. One of my cousins said he knew of a good dentist. I read the awesome reviews they had and it felt like a no brainer. I scheduled my appointment with them as a last minute Hail Mary but I had no idea! From the phone call, Hope the front office manager was awesome and warming and understood my pain—to the dental assistant who showed was so warm and kind. They got me in for an emergency late in the day and were so nice. Dr. Charles discussed every tooth in my mouth line by line and replaced my shattered tooth with a fire looking dental implant and did a crown. I came in with a broken tooth and left with a dental implant and and beautiful crown that looked better than my original tooth. I Felt like myself and no one could tell the difference and this was straight from a movie. They worked with me on pricing too. I had to write this review because no one could get me in as quickly as they could and they were sooooo nice. I referred my cousin because he’s moving to Dallas and needs braces or orthodontics or wants Invisalign..Idk
the specifics or what it’s called lol. Come to Bleu Dentistry if you need any dental work..seriously, this is a real life for me because they definitely hooked me up..and gave me a 5yr nationwide warranty on the work they did! Woot!

Dr. Charles and staff were incredibly friendly and personable. They created a comfortable atmosphere and walked me through every step of my appointment. Pricing was discussed before treatment, my appointment started right in time and I was out in about an hour!

Dr. Charles and his staff, Hope and Marco, were all very professional and took the time with me that I needed. Hope put me on a dental plan (for some work Dr. Charles highly recommended) to spread out my visits which is more affordable for me. I had a beautiful view out the window and even the option to watch Netflix. Thank you, Bleu!

Amazing experience! All of the staff were personable and cared to learn more about you. I was able to watch Netflix during my cleaning and treatment which made the time go very fast. I especially loved how they took the time to break down any extra cost that my insurance didn't cover BEFORE they began so that I knew what to expect at the end of my visit.

WARNING SCAMMERS!!!!!!Ended up charging me $800 for deep laser cleaning, on top of that got a lending point bill for about $2,000. No other service received. I hope they get the karma they deserve. Me being infuriated is an understatement. Read the fine print and ask questions ,get everything in some sort of writing!!!! And the one star is only cause im a Christian other than that it'll be a meteor.

Had a root canal and two extractions. The root canal still had a big space in between caused pain 2 years later and had to get surgery on it because it caused nerve damage. Busy life happened and hadent had time to go in because I worked and went to school and had a $300 bill and they denied my request to write off the reminder of the $900 I had already paid after insurance deductions. As an office manager you offer help to your patients. I also never got a deep cleaning and just found out that was also a charge. All I asked for was if we could please write off the remainder of the bill because I had to go to another dentist to get that tooth fixed, I even offered to fax them the summary of my treatment in case they didn’t believe me, but the office manager didn’t care. Said I should have came to them to get it fixed. And the reason I went elsewhere is because they offered Sunday appointments, but she didn’t wanna hear it either.

Dr. Charles and his staff are great! They always treat my daughter and I with a warm smile and positive experience! Thank you for all you do to keep us and our teeth healthy!

I got my upper mouth implants and I am very happy with my decision, and implants.
What people don’t hear about in those commercials is that there is pain, and discomfort that goes along with having the posts drilled into your mouth. I chose to be awake during my procedure, and it was more difficult than I had anticipated. Even so, I am still very impressed with Dr.Allen’s work, gentle hand, and attentive staff. I will be happy to recommend Bleu Dentistry to anyone who is looking for affordable implants.
