By far the best dental office I have been to. I hate going to the dentist but my lovely wife makes sure I go regularly. The teeth cleaning went very smooth and for once I wasn't in pain. The office manager was awesome and the staff was amazing as well.

I love the place and the service provided. Dr. Allen Charles is by far the best dentist I’ve had. I lived in Laredo, San Antonio and now Dallas Texas. He makes going to the dentist a smooth process and keeps you well taken care of. I definitely recommend this Dentist for everyone. Simply the BEST!!!

Firstly, I don’t enjoy writing negatively about someone’s business. Dr. Charles seems like a nice dude and I enjoyed chatting one on one.

That being said…terrible experience. Upon stating that I was visiting for a standard teeth cleaning I was told I needed an "upgraded" cleaning service as well multiple other services at various additional costs. They were very ambiguous about questions regarding pricing & made condescending remarks when I repeated that I was there for a standard teeth cleaning. I have never had a cavity and upon visiting a trusted family practice I was reassured that those services were unnecessary. Save yourself some time and find a trusted practice that doesn't try to bleed you dry.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone in. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. I always feel very comfortable. They walk you through pricing and what percentage your exact insurance policy will cover so you know exactly what you are getting into prior to scheduling any procedure. My boyfriend and I both use Bleu Dentistry. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend. Also they let you watch Netflix while they are working on your teeth. Very cool.

Dr. Charles and his staff is very professional and he has a awesome personality. The office setting was very pleasant and well designed. He was prompt with his schedule and I'm so happy I have a Great Dentist ..

I have to say that Dr. Charles and his staff at Bleu Dentistry have a patient for life! From the moment you walk in the door their focus is making you feel comfortable. Hope has the most welcoming smile and comforting voice. Megan and Olivia are the sweetest while also being great at what they do! Dr. Charles is thorough and knowledgeable and actually loves what he does. It definitely shows! Thank you all for making my experience much less terrifying than anticipated.

Dr. Allen Charles is an awesome dentist. From the moment I walked in his office, the difference was clear to me --- Dr. Charles and his staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Charles has performed both cleanings and implant placement for me. He is knowledgeable, very caring and honest. He took the time to explain the entire implant placement procedure and made me feel at ease every step of the way. His detailed post-procedure directions (which I carefully followed!) helped me make a full and quick recovery (no swelling, bleeding, or post-op pain). I was back to work in two days! Dr. Charles personally called to check up on me after the implant placement. It was a pleasant surprise.

Before switching to Bleu Dentistry, I had a terrible experience with an oral surgeon (who shall not be named). He failed to give me clear post-op instructions after extracting my wisdom teeth and he didn't even follow up with me. I developed a terrible infection and a painful condition called dry socket. I was out of work for three weeks and in so much pain! Needless to say, I'm sticking with Dr. Charles.

Also, Dr. Charles' office is really nice, clean and relaxing. He has flat screen TVs in both the waiting area and in the dental operating rooms. It's nice to catch up on your favorite TV show while getting your teeth cleaned. It's easy to forgot that you are at the dentist.

My overall experience with Bleu Dentistry is outstanding. Dr. Charles is THE BEST and Bleu Dentistry is THE PLACE.

The staff was so professional and kind! Dr. Charles was very nice and made my 3 year old feel very welcome. We will certainly be back in 6 months and I will spread the word about this business!

This dentist is looking to make a cash-grab, so beware. Dr. Charles recommended procedures to me that no dentist ever had before; when I told my new (much more reputable and established) dentist about the measurements he took and procedures he recommended, they agreed that he was falsifying the record in order to recommend more costly out-of-pocket procedures. Additionally I have never paid a dime out-of-pocket for cleaning or x-ray services, yet I ended up with a bill for x-rays that was not covered. Do not trust this doctor or this office; they will recommend costly unnecessary procedures and find ways to code your procedures to pass the charge onto you.

I wasn't sure what to expect but nevertheless l was willing to find out.
I must say the staff was very courteous and polite. I had a conversation as if l was visiting with family.
Though the price was expensive it is everywhere for dental implants.
Having enjoyed my visit so much definitely has me determine to go back.
You feel right at home.
