Dr. Charles has pulled my wisdom teeth and given me a deep cleaning. He and his staff are very thorough, friendly and attentive. They take the time to explain the treatment procedure before they start, make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and give you options for follow up treatment and a payment. At my last visit, it was apparent that I haven't been flossing regularly (I know, I know). Dr. Charles didn't scold or shame me (which some dentists do!!), but showed me close up pictures of my teeth and explained what is happening because I'm not flossing. Those pictures were enough motivation! I'll be flossing before bed from now on. I'm too young to have jacked up teeth.
Also, the office is stylish, clean and relaxing. There are flat screen TVs with access to Netflix and Hulu in each operating room. I watched "Diedra and Laney Rob a Train" (a Netflix original) with earphones in while getting my deep cleaning. Might as well multi-task, right? :)

Niko at the front desk is rude. Dr. Charles is a very nice guy, but unfortunately for me my procedures have never went as planned and have generally taken twice as long as planned for. Im sure this is some anomaly that only pertains to me but unfortunately I now have anxiety just walking into that office. And the rude receptionist, well that definitely doesn’t help.
