Bleu Dentistry Invisalign Cosmetic Veneers Emergency Implants

I was satisfied with my cleanings here until I was told that I needed $7500 in veneers or else my teeth would break off. An appointment with another dentist verified that this is absolutely not the case. I understand that Bleu specializes in veneers, but telling a patient that they are medically necessary (when they weren't) is pretty unethical to me.

Dr. Charles is such a great doctor , from working for him to now becoming his patient. I know he takes good care of his patients. The hygienist took really good care of me , she was gentle cleaning my teeth and sweet. I promise you’ll love this office. Dr. Charles makes you feel comfortable coming to see your dentist.

Staff was friendly, Dr Charles made the experience comfortable. He seems very knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry. However, the pricing for procedures were much higher out of pocket than my other dentist (and also used a lot of my benefits e.g X-rays that were like $500-$600, filings) I was severely turned off by the $30 fee they would charge patients for their PPE items. The office manager had a slight attitude when I challenged this fee. Although my overall experience was ok, I would not go back nor recommend.

I love, love, LOVE Dr. Charles and his team. They kept me calm and made me feel safe. I am terrified of the dentist and all things needle related. I had to have my wisdom tooth pulled because it had become infected. I do NOT go to the dentist because of some previous horrible experiences. I called and the staff at Bleu was awesome from the start. I had my extraction done the same day and it was a blessing! I feel so much better. Dr. Charles was spectacular! He was quick and made what was a scary thing for me, a pleasant experience. By the time he was placing sutures we were singing! I love that man!

AMAZING/MUST SEE Dentist, office location and staff. I would give more than five stars if it were an option!

Dr. Allen Charles is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate dentists I have seen in years. He not only has extraordinary knowledge about dentistry, but also presents information to the patient very well. He has great bedside manner and will spend a great deal of time answering any questions. He does this in such an easy to understand fashion that when you walk out of the office, you are confident in your treatment and know what to expect. Whether it is just a routine check up or major cases, you will not be disappointed.

Another aspect of his practice that drew me to him was the location and friendly staff. They were more than accommodating to get me seen during my short time I had available while utilizing my dental benefits. The calming mood you get from his office atmosphere is very unique. I was also very impressed with the top of the line technology equipment he uses. Takes literally seconds for x-rays/pictures to be developed while he projects it on a BIG SCREEN TV; one in each exam room! He even has Netflix and Roku for your disposal while you wait. Who else has seen this in their dentist's office?!

Wow. Dr. Charles and his staff are amazing. Started with an emergency visit for my wife, couldn't have been more pleased. Easy to say when you are not the one getting work done! Then we brought our son, and again the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and Dr. Charles couldn't be beat. So I decided to continue the trend and went in myself to let him work his magic again on a crown that needed replaced. This is his sport and it shows.

Dr. Charles is an awesome Dentist. He takes time to explain everything going on in your mouth and what it all means for your preventative care and current dental needs. His staff members and assistants are kind and courteous. I highly recommend Bleu Dentistry for all your dental hygiene needs!

I have never felt so comfortable in another dental office. The staff was extremely pleasant and genuinely nice. The wait time was very little and service was throrough. The doctor and staff explained everything very well and I felt comfortable making a decision about my future treatments.

For someone who has severe anxiety, my whole life I’ve feared the dentist. I have to say that Dr. Charles is an impeccable dentist. By far, hands down, the best experience I’ve yet to have. Staff is professional, friendly, and made me feel at home. Im glad to have found a place where I know I’ll be leaving 100% satisfied each time. I appreciate this office and all you guys have done for me. Look no further, your dental needs will definitely be fulfilled!

Everyone is extremely nice. The office is very comfortable. The staff and Dr. Charles truly made me feel relaxed during all of my 3 visits. On my first visit, I received a deep cleaning and was diagnosed with a few cavities, to be expected as I had not visited a dentist for years. I went back a month later to get the cavities filled as well as a minor surgical procedure on my gums. Everything was fine until one of the fillings fell out a week later. I scheduled an appointment the next available day at 8:30 AM. That day, I received a call from Bleu saying that they were closing for the day because of rain, so they scheduled me for 8:00 AM the next day. I went in on my new time, and had the filling replaced. The procedure went smooth, and I walked out happy. However, the filling fell out again 10 hours later. I will not be returning to see if my filling will fall out a third time. I am sure my experience is not the norm, but unfortunately I have to see a new dentist now.
