The staff is amazing and you can tell that they enjoy their job! Hope, the Office Manager is so helpful and informative. My dental assistant was also very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable my entire visit. Dr. Charles is caring and so descriptive, he made sure to answer every single question :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. If I could give negative stars I would. Please find somewhere else to go. I have never had any issues with my teeth until I went to this dentist. I went to see Dr. Allen Charles about my retainer because it was broken and I needed to just have it repaired. After spending a hour and a half there, I was told that I had 5 cavities. I was shocked. I had just seen my dentist a week prior for my 6 month cleaning. I felt nervous and pressured. A woman came into the room and tried to up sell me on everything which I found to be extremely unprofessional. I let them do the work on my teeth since I wasn't sure what else to do in the situation. They stated that four of the cavities were small but one would require a crown. How could my other dentist have missed this when they took x-rays? I left their office with a large bill and a hole in my tooth. The crown was going to cost me an arm and a leg which I found insane. Once I started to ask around, I realized that they were charging way too much for their services. I also called my previous dentist and had it out with them. They did a case study on my file with several other dentists and they all agreed that they would not have done treatment on the tooth or a crown. I decided to see a completely different dentist all together, a family recommended one, and they have been wonderful. The bite on the filling was too high first of all causing a lot of pain. Then, because Dr. Charles drilled so far into the tooth and barely anything remains, I will now have to have a root canal. I have been suffering through a lot of pain the past month. I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. I cannot drink anything cold or hot. It has been a horrible experience. If I had let him put a crown on my tooth, I would have spent a ton of month and would STILL be needing dental work done for something that didn't need to be done in the first place. I have great insurance and they chipped away at my deductible with their high prices and unnecessary treatment. Every dentist I have gone to has said that I have wonderful teeth and I have never had any problems until I went to Bleu Dentistry. I will be reporting them to the Texas Dental Board as recommended by my lawyer.

My favorite dentist of all time! Staff is wonderful and the front desk is the best I have encountered including other companies. Dr. Charles is efficient and kind and keeps you informed about your teeth and any problems every step of the way. He answers all your little questions. I did invisalign here to fix a tooth and regular teeth cleanings which went wonderful. Dr. Charles was even late once and gave me some free whitening trays for the delay. Overall I would drive out of my way just to go here.

Yesterday I got my veneers from Bleu Dentistry! Their staff is very welcoming and kind enough to provide me with all kinds of details. The dentist with his expertise treated me well! Highly satisfied with the service! Thanks a lot!

Scheduling an appointment and getting in the chair was done with ease. It wasn't until after sitting down that things began to feel uneasy. I was examined by the dentist and told that I needed a deep clean that very same day. in addition to having multiple new cavities, my gums were apparently in bad shape, something I had never heard from any other dentist up to this point.

The estimate for the deep cleaning were brought to me at the chair, before receiving any treatment, and I was told I would need to return every 3 months until my gums improved. In addition, I was required to leave a deposit for my next visit. At this point, I began to feel concerned about the potential of being scammed.

i left the dentist paying a fairly hefty amount for my visit and deposit for the next visit, but feeling very uneasy about what I had been told. i took the time to look over old reviews and began to find people telling a similar storyline what I had experienced. I decided to see a second dentist the next week to get another opinion. the examination from the new dentist yielded entirely different results, discrediting all I had been told at Bleu Dentistry. I was floored by the difference in the two examinations and it became clear that Bleu Dentistry was likely predatory in their attempt to secure money from their patients.

i will never be returning to this office.

I had a great experience at Bleu Dentistry. It is the cleanest, most modern, and technologically advanced office I've been to. Dr. Charles was thorough in his examination and treatment. Glad to have found a new dentist for my family!

MUST SEE/ Dr Charles and his staff were very warm and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed his fact based and knowledgeable approach during my consultation. He used actual X-rays and images of my teeth to recommend and provide a flexible treatment plan. And I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my visit.

Dr. Charles is a terrific dentist and has been very attentive to my needs as a patient. He has a great "chairside" manner and his staff does a great job of making a patient feel welcomed. I would recommend Bleu Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

This office is so kind, informative and helpful! It's clear they know exactly what they are doing and my favorite part is how clean it is! I have been to a few different dentist throughout Dallas and none of them have felt right. They clearly have a lot of experience. That and the comfort I have felt here is such a relief. I had extensive orthodontist work as a child and Dr. Allen Charles continues to help keep everything going smoothly!

Dr. Charles is an excellent dentist. He is professional, thorough, direct (so that there is no confusion), knowledgeable, and personable to his patients. On my FIRST appointment we talked for about 30 minutes after my appointment (since he had a break) about music. I fully endorse Dr. Charles and his staff (who are just as kind, thorough, and professional as he is).Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Charles.
