My visit was amazing! I have suffered a long time with my teeth. Depression, had sat in and just about given up. I saw their fb promotion and said to myself what the heck. I have great confidence, that everything will turned out just perfect. The staff were very plesant. They gave me a plan and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My daughter and I both had cleanings at Bleu Dentistry and we were very happy with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and Dr. Charles. They're still gearing up to be able to address the needs of kids, but I couldn't be happier with their response to my concerns and the sense of trustworthiness that Dr. Charles projected. I had a nice first time experience! The intake process was seamless and Dr. Charles and his staff were very welcoming. No wait time and watching Netflix during my cleaning was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend.

I’m a Dallas ISD teacher. Changing my dental insurance with my new school district forced me to look for another dentist. Luckily, my new DISD plan included Dr. Charles at Bleu Dentistry—walking distance from my home in Oak Lawn. Right away, Dr. Charles and his staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed their music playlist, watching Netflix through special mirrored glasses while lying in the dental chair, and a great view of the Turtle Creek high-rises out the window. Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional, and they are able to accommodate me with late afternoon appointments after school. I want to give an extra special shout-out to the dental hygienist, Vanessa, as she made going to the dentist actually enjoyable. Even though I am the last appointment at the end of her long day, she never makes me feel rushed, and we have so much to talk about, well, when I am actually able to talk, that is. Haha! Vanessa also gives me such good advice about dental hygiene and maintenance that has proven to make a difference in my progress when I visit (every three months, now). All this to say, I highly recommend Dr. Charles and his staff at Bleu Dentistry.

After a few bad experiences with other Dentist i finally found one that makes me feel comfortable and right at home they were perfect and extremely down to earth and friendly!! This is my second time in this office and not only do they remember my dental history but they remember me as a person and my family. It was an amazing experience and i would love to continue to come here

Everything in this office looks clean and new. I got a full exam with xrays and a cleaning. Getting xrays usually hurts but the Xray tech was gently and patient with me and my gag reflex. The doctor had a great chairside manner. He was personable yet still professional. In happy to say I've found my new dentist.

My very first office visit was like I been going to this dentist for many years. I felt very comfortable talking to the Doctor about my teeth issues. He answered every question I had thoroughly and explained the procedure In great detail. I can’t wait to get started on my brand new smile.

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Allen Charles! His office is brand new and well designed. I appreciated all of the extra details he took into consideration for the patients' comfort when designing his practice. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by his friendly and helpful staff. There is also a Bleu Bar (coffee station area) for you to help yourself to some coffee while waiting. His assistants did a wonderful job in making sure you are comfortable at all times, from xrays to informing you in what Dr. Charles will be doing. Dr. Charles was very thorough in his consulation. He pulls up your xray images onto the giant flat screen TV (which are in each room) and goes over every detail. He did a wonderful job in going over a treatment plan. I loved getting my teeth cleaned. He used Listerine so my teeth felt squeeky clean and fresh! Another plus, you get to watch TV while he works on your teeth which helped with anxiety :) If you are looking for a new dentist in the area, go check out Dr. Allen Charles! You won't be disappointed!

Had a Crown pop off yesterday afternoon. I was eating a piece of meat and I felt it by the gumline. So I tried to get it loose. Only I got the Crown popped off in my hand and also the piece of meat...
So I called the office and got Appt.right away for today!
Went in with my crown it was all fixed & done in about 45mins...
I've always been pleased with my Visit for anything dental work or re cementing a crown etc...

Dr. Charles and staff are very warm and professional, always anticipating needs. Staff takes time to make certain patient is knowledgeable about procedures. I've influenced my mom and brother to allow @Bluedentistry to become patients
