My visit here is always pleasant, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do thrive to make you smile. The dentist, well what can I say, he is a dentist and not many like seeing a dentist. However, he was just as nice and courteous as the staff.
Up to this point, I give them fives starts for the professionalism of the dentist and staff with the courteousness to my feelings and making me comfortable. The lowering in stars comes from the outdated equipment (which still does the job) and even the poster of statistics is from 2015. If you are going to boost on yourself do it with more recent years' posters, seven years have passed since that poster, and many ratings are changed yearly or less. I have no problem using older equipment when it still does the job and is accommodating to the consumer. But when it is uncomfortable and not as accurate (prone to human error) then it is time to upgrade.
With all this said I would recommend this dental service and I have been here twice.

Dr Strickland and his whole team is amazing. Always friendly and willing to work you in. Easy to get an appointment. Dr Strickland is skilled and knowledgeable. He makes sure you know what is going on and why. Dr. Strickland always calls after a procedure to see how you are doing. Evelyn the office manager and her staff are so sweet and caring. Ashley the dental assistant amazing! Love this team!

Everyone is so patient and kind. Initially, I was terrified to go to any dentist, but on my first visit, Dr. Strickland explained everything and made me feel at ease. Now, I’m seeing Dr. Edwards and he is also great! I high recommend this great group of folks!!

The ortho team helped me achieve my new smile and what a difference it made. They were always gentle, timely and explained my treatment with each visit. Dr. Edwards was great to work with and made me feel comfortable and was personable. I have recommended him and his team to friends because I was happy with services provided and my results !

I could get dental work done most anywhere. I have been greatly satisfied with Monarch and Dr Strickland for near about 39 years. Dr. Strickland and his "crew" are just the best!!

Monarch Dental in Fort Worth by the mall is the best place for dental work I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend this place to everyone!! They were very professional, the dentist was exceptional and they really listened to what I was saying, I love this Monarch Dental!! I found my permanent dentist finally after so many other dentists that didn’t work out!!

I’ve always had a great service from everyone there. My doctor is awesome! Thank you guys❣️

I was glad to see the safety plans were in place (Masks required) at Monarch. Everyone was very friendly and forthcoming with all the information that I needed. I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff was!

Monarch is a wonderful dentist office. Every one was very nice and they did a great exam explaining things and trying to save me money. Very good dentist.

I showed up on time for my appointment for a cleaning and checkup, and was told after I completed all of the paperwork and waited an additional 30 minutes that they haven’t had a hygienist for three weeks. Mind you, I made my appointment two weeks ago and was never told that information until I was in the office. I was then taken back for an X-ray and was told that they would not be able to do one for me since I am 8 months pregnant even though they had told me to call my OBGYN to get a fax for an X-ray clearing in the waiting room minutes before which they received. They then took me back to another room. The dentist came in and looked at my teeth with just a mirror for a total of 5 seconds and said I was in good health. No idea if I have any cavities because he barely even looked. I then waited about 20 minutes for whatever was about to happen next. Then they had another lady come in to check my gums. About 5 minutes later she said my gums look fine but she wouldn’t be able to do a cleaning because they don’t have a hygienist. She left and I waited another 15 minutes. Next, another lady came in and said I needed to switch rooms with no explanation. I thought, “maybe I’m getting my cleaning?”. No. I sat in another room for 15 minutes. Then the receptionist came in to check me out. She said that she would reschedule for my cleaning at the front. She said that they will have a hygienist tomorrow. I booked an appointment just to get this whole experience done. I was at the office for a total of 2 hours at this point and all I had was my gums checked and a glance from the doctor.

Next day.

I show up early for my appointment and waited 35 minutes to get taken back with a hygienist. And guess who my hygienist was??? It was the same lady who checked my gums yesterday who wasn’t a hygienist yesterday. But she is a hygienist today! 🤨 got my teeth “cleaned” for 10 minutes. It was a basic polish and floss.

Very dissatisfied with this establishment. Will never be recommending or returning. Please get a proper hygienist. Waste of two days.
