Doctor Strickland and his staff are excellent. Very professional very courteous very kind. They explain in excellent detail your treatment plan pricing and financial options. I have gone.to them for a number of years. I would absolutely recommend Monarch Dental and Doctor Strickland to anyone.

I called Monarch Dental because I had a terrible experience at Mint Dentistry. I don’t need Netflix, Pandora or Free Whitening...I need a dental office that is going to take care of me. And that is exactly what they did! Evelyn the office manager is amazing. The receptionist was so amazingly sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! The X-ray tech was so fast and friendly! I felt so comfortable here like family! The dentist was honest and straightforward about my dental treatment plan and offered the most cost effective plan! I am so excited to start my dental regimen with Monarch! Mint who? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Let me first say the dentist is one my least favorite places to go, it's down right terrifying. But the moment I walked in the door at this office, I was greeted with friendly people and smiling faces. The staff was very attentive and well informed which eased any concerns or fears I had. Everyone from the office staff to the assistants down to the doctor was incredibly professional and I would recommend you try this location out. You won't be disappointed and if you are they do everything in there power to make you leave happy. Good job well done!!!!!!

This office is very friendly & professional!! Soon as you enter this office you're greeted immediately by the most amazing young lady by the name of Julia. She is Always smiling & definitely goes beyond & above to help you, answer any questions you may have & makes your visit there Very Pleasant!! Dr. Strickland has been such an extremely caring, nurturing & very patient person. I have had a lot of difficult dental issues & Dr. Strickland has always been very supportive & generous with his time to resolve my problems & give something I haven't had for several years, A Beautiful Smile!!!

I loved my experience at monarch. Just recently got braces off after just shy of two years. The orthodontists office are all very friendly and inviting. You can tell they really care about what's best for you. Dr. Edwards is very professional and friendly. He will talk you through everything so you know exactly what's to be expected. I would rate my experience here 10/10. Never a bad appointment.

They are always so great about getting me in quickly and take such wonderful care of me! I absolutely love Dr. Strickland. He is so talented in all areas of dentistry and cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Strickland to anyone needing anything from cleaning to root canals or crowns.

I cracked a bridge and called on Saturday after hrs. They called me first thing Monday and got me in that morning. Dr. Strickland checked it all out. Said it didn't need to be replaced yet as everything was still holding and the edge that I chipped off wasn't impacting the tooth. Great staff and dentist. Have used them for years now.

Awesome service! Dr. Strickland provided excellent care and I am very pleased with the service I received. The front staff is great and has always provided excellent customer service. When I make an appointment, the staff always calls to confirm my date and time. Would highly recommend this location and dentist for anyone seeking dental care.

My experience with the dental professionals was amazing! They took care of all my dental needs and were very sweet. However, The receptionist staff service isn’t very great, kinda rude. I’m younger than a lot of the clients there so maybe that’s why, they think it’s okay to treat people different. Besides that, my experience here was good.
