I have always have the best service from them. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to tell me all the things they can do to help me with my teeth. I went in this time to talk about dentures to be done. Explained everything to me about the process and payment plan they offer. I see Dr Strickland at the Ridgmar Mall circle.

My experience was awful from the jump. $9000 Later and hundreds of dollars of fuel from traveling back and forth. I have my dentures that hurt my mouth and before I even got home one of the teeth in my dentures broke off. Never again. I am in pain daily with $9000 of dental work. I was promised a cleaning drove 2 hours, no hygienist. Dr. Was supposed to clean up the teeth I had left nothing. Trip after trip it just kept getting worse. Dentures look bad, so now I wait for five years with what I have until Insurance will pay for another set. AT A DIFFERENT DENTAL PRACTICE OF COURSE.

I have been a patient of dr. Strickland for about 25 years plus and dr. Strickland and his staff have always been very professional enduring they services. I have never had a complaint about anyone in the office or the dentist assistance have always been excellent and doing they work. I hope to continue going to Monarch in the near future. They provide outstanding service.

After reading all the reviews, I also had to write my own review. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Granted the price, might be expensive for some but was never forced to get treatment done and that's why I decided to get some of my treatment done that same day. The hygienist was very friendly and made it an overall good experience compared to my past experiences at other offices. I waited 10 minutes to be called back to get x-rays taken, the whole process from start to beginning was good.

Staff is quick and courteous. My hygienist goes above and beyond to make sure my teeth are protected and clean. My Dentist listens to my concerns and offers possible resolutions and resources that may help without a procedure. He also informs me if I need a procedure and discusses in detail what it will entail. The care coordinator is very knowledgeable and explains what insurance will and will not cover. She was polite and concise when delivering details to me.

The staff is great!! Everyone is very welcoming and attentive. Brought my kids for a checkup and cleaning and they enjoyed the visit. My daughter was hesitant at first but everyone from the hygienist, assistants, and doctor made her feel very comfortable. The visit was short. I was in and out in no time. Definitely coming back!! 😁

Had a great experience, the woman who took care of my x-rays was professional and took great care. The whole appointment was pretty quick and you could tell they were organized. The only ding is due to the fact that their hygenist was out so I want able to get my cleaning done that day. Overall about as good of a dentist appointment you can have.

Dental Hygienist was very thorough and careful during my cleaning. Dr Strickland examines my x-rays and gave me thorough examination.

Both were very professional. I wouldn’t want dental service from any other dental team! 😁

The staff is awesome and very easy to talk to . Doc is very patient with me and my nervous self. I could not have picked a better place . THANK YOU MONARCH and I WILL be seeing you all again
