City Center Dental

I was a loyal patient of the Center of Dental Professionals (including referring my employees and friends there) until their billing staff forgot to submit my claims to my insurance company and I was ultimately forced to pay out of pocket for my dental work. I found out they hadn't submitted the claims when I was referred to collections. I called them immediately and they blamed it on my insurance company. Called my insurance company and they immediately furnished proof the claims were NEVER submitted and it was past the 6 months period where my insurance would pay. While I should have followed-up with my insurance first, I trusted the billing department when they assured me they had been submitted. I even asked the Center of Dental Professionals at an interim appt if I was current on my billing and assured I was. Billing department blamed it on being understaffed and that they thought they had submitted the claims. Receptionist still has time to call me every couple weeks to solicit for my business though.

Dr Lobrot and his assistant David were very gentle on my tooth and did a great job on my tooth. I really appreciated there friendliness and how well the whole office staff is so nice to me whenever I come in. Thanks Center of dental professionals for all you do for me.

The dental assistant was very friendly, yet I felt many things were not completely satisfactory. I went in for an exam and a cleaning and was there for around 3 hours. The doctor was very busy, so I was understanding, however I felt I waited longer than necessary. I did not receive a panaromic x-ray and I felt the doctor completely over looked the x-rays and went straight to a picture device. I felt he may have over diagnosed my cavities, but I will get a second opinion. I was told my insurance will cover some of the fillings, but it would cost me over $900 out of pocket just for the fillings. I asked about payment plans or what work had to be done first. They could not narrow down the most important to the least, so this was a little frustrating and payment plans are not offered. Other than the friendly dental assistant, I was not very satisfied with my experience.

I was supposed to have an appointment last week, and when I called to confirm, I was told that I couldn't go because my account was sent to collections. Have I received one bill from them? NO. Have I called and talked to accounting? It would be nice if they will return my calls, since I've called twice and nothing. I did talk to them in the past and straightened a situation where I got a bill for about $500 and I almost fell off my chair. I love my dental hygienist, and I go there religiously every three months, but wasn't told that I owed money??????

I really liked my experience here. They were quick and comfortable. Dr Cannon was great and both Danielle and Hannah made my dental visit run smoothly. I'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and my teeth feel so clean. Jaden made some great conversation and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be coming again.

Creek Dental is amazing! I personally want to thank Sally and Dr. Clark for going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, amazing experience and I highly recommend! Thank you again Sally and Dr. Clark!! :)

I would definitely recommend my friends to the center of dental professionals. The staff were really nice and helpful and made it a little easy for me to listen to what each of my 4 children needed to have done or not to have done. I would like to recognize, mainly, Dr. Elise Kobe and two dental assistants: Nicole and Alyssa. They were the ones that really helped make it a smooth visit for us. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!!!! :)

Had to wait for an hour because no one took my paper work back . Then I was told my insurance had expired which it had not . The hygienist Susan and Dental assistant Marisol were very nice as was Dr . Canon .

I was not excited about going to the dentist and had been putting it off for a while. Wende made me glad I went, didn't shame me one bit, and made me hopeful for my teeth. She explained everything better than any dentist has so that I felt totally in control of how I wanted to move forward. They're also extremely understanding with money. I've already gone in for more work and was awe-struck by the care the dental assistant gave to make me feel in control of the situation and to consisder things I was worried about.
If you're looking for somewhere thats going to upsell you on the latest and greatest thing they can overcharge you on, or if you're someone who likes their dentist to look more like a spa than a dentist: don't come here, they work too hard for your whining. If you need the absolute best value for your dental care, please do. You will be blown away
