City Center Dental

I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment promptly. The center is clean and the staff was nice. The hygenist, Jana was effiicient and friendly and the dentist was friendly. Most importantly, I didnt feel they were trying to make a buck off me like I feel at some dentist's offices.

Would recommend to anyone.

I was happy with everything except the when the oral surgeon wore his mask under his nose the entire time. As a high risk family this was incredibly frustrating. especially for someone in any medical field. They did a great job otherwise.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The staff wasn't friendly and the dental hygienist flossed my teeth very aggressively. I had cuts in between a lot of my teeth. I found out I had a cavity and elected to get it filled. The filling was placed poorly and I had extreme pain afterward. I went back to them to fix it, they grinded the filling down thinking the reason for my discomfort was a high point. When that didn't fix the issue, I was still in a ton of pain, they booked me to get the filling replaced a couple months afterward. I should have never allowed them to operate on my tooth again but since it was covered under a warranty I let a different dentist try. Again the filling was done poorly. (Up to this point I had very good healthy teeth with no prior issues like this.) I was still in a lot of pain so I decided to go to a different dentist (foothill dental) and they got me in quickly and fixed the problem. I would certainly not recommend anyone to go this place...

Terrible customer service: called front desk to double check if I was going to the right location (after I had asked to be seen at the downtown location). They confirmed the location and then put me on hold to "read some annotations on my account" after holding for more than 5 minutes, they hung up. Didn't call back and when I got there, they told me I was in the wrong location. What a wonderful customer experience to have in the winter when you dont have a car. Oh! and if you cant make it to the appointment, they'll punish you by charging you $50 on your next visit.

I would rate my experience with my dental hygienist a 5/5, however my overall experience was not very good. I was a first time patient and had to wait over 45 minutes before being seen. The waiting room is for pediatric and adult patients and there were many children running around the room, if you are like me, and do not like being around children do not come here. Also, both receptionists had signs advertising their doterra MLM scams... very tacky and unprofessional. They seemingly offer coupons or some sort of rewards for leaving reviews/checking in on facebook and the likes, maybe that is why they have so many decent reviews. Almost certainly the least professional dentist office I have ever been to.

Don’t get any services done here. I just came for a cleaning because it was close to my house. Me and the person in the next seat had to wait 20+ minutes before the dentist could get to us for the after cleaning checkup. I was than informed I had a cavity so I got that taken care of and two months later, I received this super aggressive and threatening letter saying I have an overdue balance and that they’d send a collection agency after me. First of all, I haven’t received any calls or emails regarding my balance and this was my first bill! The collection letter was completely unnecessary and unprofessional for a balance of $45, for a service I can get better elsewhere. I’m not even the first, my friend experienced this too before switching dentistries.

I love coming here!! Dr.Skousen is awesome!! Nicole is the best dental assistant!! And I can’t wait to come back in 6 months for my next cleaning with my Karina the most amazing hygienist!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. "This is the Place" for your family dentistry needs. It is very comfortable and beautifully furnished inside. A very nice, pleasant experience overall. Dental hygienist Cynthia did a very thorough job of cleaning!

This place is HORRIFIC. My first appointment, I waited for over an hour to get called back. For some crazy reason, I decided to use the same place to remove my wisdom teeth. During the surgery they broke two other teeth and wouldn't fix them unless I paid. Not only that, I set up a 3 payment plan and after three months I was under the impression I was paid in full. After getting statements saying I owed over $300, I called the billing department well over a dozen times and either got no answer, "we'll call you back", or got put on hold for so long I hung up. Next thing you know, I'm getting court summons claiming I never paid anything. This place is a fraud and a joke. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I should also mention, they bribe their customers with discounts to write positive reviews. I'm guessing anything positive on here is staged in order to receive a better deal.

This place has made Chelsea not hate the dentist. When we are on time or when she has a good check-up, she earns points.

Last month she got her braces and even something that had cause to make her anxious was a real breeze.
We will recommend The Center for Dental Professionals to our friends and family.
