Dr. Clark and Rusty took care of my kids cleanings and exams and they were awesome. They were very informative when I had questions and made sure my kids knew what to expect next during their cleanings. Both very friendly as well, and work well with children. A+++

Shady billing practices. Confirmed total dollar amount verbally several times at time of service (at least 3x). Was sent an additional bill over five months post-service. Unacceptable and dishonest.

I needed several fillings done and the dentist completed them very efficiently. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and he did a great job. The office staff is also very helpful. They carefully explained the costs of my treatment and showed me side-by-side comparison of costs with my insurance. I felt comfortable moving forward with treatment because I knew exactly what it would cost me.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer; I came early to do paperwork at 5:45 PM, but my actual cleaning didn't start until 7PM. However, the dental hygienist, dental assistant and the receptionist was very nice and professional. The hygienist, Jana, was very knowledgeable and gave me very helpful tips while she was cleaning my teeth.
I liked the facilities; the place was very nice for a dentist's office and they made sure I was comfortable. My teeth feel very clean and I am happy to come back :D I am glad my insurance is covered by such a nice place!!

Do NOT go to The Center of Dental Professionals!
I went into get a tooth taken care of and while their front desk staff were great, their techs (one in particular) had no idea what they were doing. The tech that was helping me was obviously getting trained, but she clearly didn’t even know how to take an X-ray correctly. She kept asking the trainer which piece to put on, and the trainer straight up just told her “you have to figure it out yourself eventually”, so she just grabbed a piece and stuck it in my mouth... the wrong way. The trainer was nice enough, but she should have recognized that the other tech clearly didn’t know what to do, and could have at least provided me some reassurance. The trainer stepped in only after the tech had put the piece in my mouth and told me to bite down.
When the trainer finally took over, she kept telling the woman she was training, stating that “she can’t keep helping her” which I get, but I was very vocal about how nervous I was, how this was my first time back to the dentist in years, and how much it took for me to finally get the guts to take care of my teeth. I had to walk out. This was a horrible first impression and really portrayed a lack of professionalism!
I was coming in for emergency tooth care, but I was also looking to get setup will they a dentist so I can finally start taking care of my teeth again.
I hope their dentists are better than the tech I had this experience with, but it looks like I’m back on the hunt for a dentist who has a staff who knows what their doing, and has much better bedside manner.

The staff was very friendly, the receptionist was kind and quick to help and explain insurance things, she was very helpful. The dentist was energetic and kind, he explained clearly what was going to happen it was great, the assistant, Jaden, was also kind and energetic, everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, I would definitely come back here again.

Danielle did a great job on explaining everything she was doing and even stopped during the procedure to answer my questions. The facility was nice and clean and the staff was very professional. Even though the south salt lake location is closer to my job and a lot more convenient for me I may end up staying at the downtown location based on my first visit. Over all experience was great.
