I was pretty freaked out having to take my 2-year-In to have His teeth fixedAnd be put under with anesthesia these doctors and nurses were so kind and understanding i would give 100000 stars if i could. Creek Dental is the best!!!
When I enter the office they always greet me by name, and with a pleasant "Hello" and the assistant takes me back to see the Dentist within a few short minutes.
They know what they are doing, and always make time to answer any questions I might have. They've taken a professional interest in me and what I need done within their office, as well as a personal interest in me by asking questions about me, my life and really wanting to know about me as a person. That makes me feel good that they truly want to get to know me as a new patient.

Today I went to Creek Dental Group at Trolley for the second time. The Dental technician "Jaden" was kind and patient taking the time to explain all that needed to be done at the appointment and helped greatly to calm my nerves.
In this time of crisis it's taken me a while to find a new Dentist that accepts my insurance, and I'm more then pleased to have found Creek Dental Group at Trolley. Here the staff truly helped to ease all my apprehensions, about seeing a dentist after so long.

Got us in so fast for an emergency . The dentist was amazing ! She was kind and took the time to explain things without making us feel like we are dumb , she treated my 10 year old so good and had him calm the whole time . I was super impressed and would recommend her any day !

Creek Dental did a great job. We had 4 appointments to take care of at the same time. They were very efficient and got us all taken care of in a timely manner. Rusty, Brooke and Dr. Clark took care of us. They were all down to earth but extremely professional as well. Nico assisted me with plans for our future visits and it was wonderful to deal with people that know what they are doing. They made great conversation and explained everything in detail. We are pleased with our visit and will return and recommend.

First time coming here, they had to redo my dental analysis and xrays twice. Which was very painful and unpleasant. This was a referral from a third party company visiting my work. Upon coming here, they had no idea what was already done from the visit at my work. Plus, the doctor did not communicate any of this process. The third and last visit, they finally started the deep cleaning I requested and again this process was painful. I warned the process doing the cleaning that the machine was causing ringing in my ear and she disregarded it. I felt like it didn't matter and she seemed confused by it. I was suppose to continue for the second round of deep cleaning but I refuse at this point. The receptionist desk also barely answers the phone. And I work evening/graveyard which really doesn't help with scheduling. Overall terrible experience and I rather go somewhere else to continue the dental care I need.
