This place is a scam, told me all of my fillings needed to be replaced & a ton of new cavities--they will fix them for thousands of dollars. Not only were the cavities a scam, but also the billing department, they told me my insurance only covered cleanings, I called my insurance and they said not true. DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is very unprofessional, the dentist didn't even stick around to tell me about my cavities, he had the hygienist tell me.

i Love love love the service my family and i get every time we have to make a dental visit to this particular office. Jessica, who sits at the front desk welcomes us with a big smile every time we come. She explains to us each step of our dental plan and makes sure that we understand whats going on with our dental plan. She makes it easy for us to trust them. I had a REALLY bad experience at the Downtown Salt Lake branch.
On one particularly bad occasion, they scheduled me for a specific procedure on a molar. I got in and noticed the dentist was going to work on one of my front teeth- turns out the specialist needed for my molar got double booked and they just decided to start doing something entirely different with a different specialist. Something I didn't ask for and didn't want. They weren't even going to tell me that they scheduled poorly; they were just going to do a procedure I didn't ask for+ and hope I didn't realize.
On another occasion, they scheduled four different clients for an 8am appt. with a single dentist who didn't even come in until 9am. The person doing scheduling was new, but no one apologized or told us what was going on. Then the dentist had to see us all 1 by 1, which took ages.
One of the procedures I needed was a cap over a root canal. They ordered the cap in the wrong color; they mixed it up with another client and it was much lighter than my actual teeth. At least this time the staff actually admitted to the mistake and offered to order a new one... leaving me with a temporary cap (more easily dislodged) for another couple weeks.
And finally, this is petty, but JEEZ their reminder system is obnoxious. Be prepared for phone calls, texts, e-mails, post cards on the day of your appt. and forever after.

They are very accommodating to families and parents who have small children. They actively may sure you are enjoying your time at the dentist - as much as that is possible. Natalie and Dr. Kobe are the best.

The staff are nice they take good care of your teeth. Their late hours make it easy to schedule around school and work. There waiting room is really relaxing. I would highly recommend this place

Every appointment I have made, they have tried to reschedule for an earlier time. I do not get off work until later in the day, and so this is not usually possible. Today an appointment I made for this week was moved an hour-and-a-half earlier than initially scheduled without my consent. They "have no record" of the appointment being at the original time. So now I have to find a way to get out of work early, or pay $50 cancellation because I did not find out about this change until it was within the 48 hour cancellation period.

DONT COME HERE! My First time coming here they scheduled me for a cleaning when ive already had my six month cleaning and I told that to the lady on the phone. I had tooth pain and need them to exam my tooth.. When they finally figured it out I had to wait until the chair was open when was A HOUR AND A HALF!!! Ive never in my life waited for a dentist this long! I pay money for the best service and quite honest this was the worst service I've ever had and the bimbo lady up front is a idiot! She had no idea what she was doing! IF YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY AT THE DENTIST WAITING IN THE LOBBY COME HERE!!!
