Dr. Nye to the rescue, seriously. My daughter was so scared to go after the first dentist caused her a lot of pain, I am very happy to have found one good dentist that knows the tricks to make the pain so much less noticeable
My daughter walked out telling me that it wasn't bad at all.

This has to be the WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I saw Dr. Kobe last Friday who overlooked an infection and an absess I had underneath a crown that was done for me 6 years ago. I was in serious pain. She referred me to an endodontist who actually found the source of pain and infection under my tooth. I foolishly returned to the same office but saw Dr Nye for my tooth extraction. It was a long, terrible experience. She caught the drill on the side of my lip twice. Slicing the inside of my mouth, adding to the excruciating pain and recovery process. She did not give me full instructions for aftercare, being very distracted. I had to do some research to get the aftercare instructions online. She didn't even write my name on my prescription, which I had to return to their office to get in order to alleviate the pain. I needed pain relief after my 3 day prescription was up. I went through hell. I waited on the phone for 12-20 minutes each time I called. Dr Nye was not in the office the day I needed relief so I was forced to work in discomfort. I am in shock at the poor customer service and very unprofessional conduct from a place who claims to be professional. It is a facade.

Went in for a root canal a year ago and my bottom lip is still numb. They ended up extracting that tooth because they thought that was causing the numbness, umm nope that wasn’t the problem. They tried to offer me implants for the tooth they extracted for free, but would u go back if u had a horrible experience the first time?!...uhhh NO!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! If anyone wants proof email me

They are friendly and they walk through the process with you. I've always hated going to the dentist but at this place it is a lot more comforting and a better experience all around. Thank you.

Extremely unprofessional and slow! If you have children that need dental work the assistants here are on the same level. The bimbo secretary at the desk was rude and unhelpful, she talked down to everyone. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to write a prescription, after a 5 minute exam. They're quick to take your money and that's about it. Oh and the lobby was full of screaming snot nosed kids taking up the 2 couches, leaving nowhere to sit.

These guys are great and have many locations..ive been to three so far...all the people are very professional and have been great about explaining the options I personally need to fix my smile..Its never felt like a bad experience when ive gone and we all know how dreadful the dentist can be so thats why I'm giving 5 stars

Offices very clean. Front desk staff very helpful. Got my teeth cleaned with annual check up and the dental staff was great. The staff offices were being remodeled during my visit so this creative some unpreparedness on their behalf but the seemed to light of the situation. Would go back.

Please, for the sake of your mouth, do NOT go to this extremely unprofessional office. Where do I begin? All you are is an insurance claim to these scammers. They do not treat you like a human being, you're just a check. CHACHING$$$
It was very high pressured to come back "as soon as possible, it's very important". Thing is they barely looked into my mouth. I get a free cleaning & when I asked about it they said, "oh you can do that YOURSELF! with a little pumice" WHAAAT?! My insurance company *pays* them, for an exam....and tbeyg do not even do a proper exam.
Pulled my records. Found someone who cares. Legacy Dental cares! Went to a real dentist today, full checkup. Treated me like I was not just a number. Found everything that this joke of an office ignored. I would not reccommend this to any one who cares about dignity.
They really are committing insurance fraud. I talked to the dental company about them. "Dr." Cannon is a rip off! His staff half-ass their work. They use pressure. They are. The. Worst. Dentist. Office. I have. Ever. Experienced. HORRIBLE!

Center of dental professionals is the biggest misnomer you could give this steaming pile of ineptitude. My wife and I were scheduled for fillings. 1. they scheduled us for the same time and the same dentist. We asked them to see if they had an opening for a different dentist. They did. 2. one that wasnt on our insurances network provider list. 3. They filed a claim with the company but failed to provide the information the insurance requested. notes xrays etc. so instead of dealing with that they came after us for 400 dollars. After countless hours talking between the insurance company and the person in billing i was told that everything was figured out and solved. 4. imagine my chagrin when 2 YEARS later i get a call from the center of dental ineptitude telling me that there is an outstanding balance of 400 dollars. SHE JUST HID THE FILE UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE FOUND IT!! I again explained the situation and was told that even though the insurance company was willing and capable of paying and all they had to do was show proof that the service was completed... and they wouldnt or couldnt. That i was responsible. I accordingly told them where they could go and where they could stick their bill and they sent it to collections. 5. Oh and my wifes fillings? 2 of the 4 have already fallen out. And to top it all off we still get texts and calls from these idiots asking us if we want to schedule our yearly cleanings when we told them to take us off their list half a dozen times. Literally the most rediculous bunch of knuckle draggers I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

They also love to pat themselves on the back instead of helping out those theyve screwed over. They only respond to their 5 star commemts. Pathetic.
