Went in for a cleaning and exam. I had Jana clean my teeth, she was super gentle and nice about letting me get comfortable. There is even a TV on the ceiling, which is awesome!! Dr. Stubbs did my exam and was helpful and honest when I asked a couple of questions about things. The front desk staff is nice, I didn't feel rushed (or forgotten) and I was in and out in about an hour. I liked it so much I'm headed back next week! (...okay, it's really to fill a cavity. but at least i'm not dreading seeing my dentist!)

NO NO NO NO! I strongly recommend against going here. From the negative reviews you can see mine is not a unique case. See how my visits went below...
Visit 1: loudly shamed by a hygienist for not visiting the dentist sooner. Embarrassing but true enough. However met will a billing person, signed a treatment plan outlining the visits
Visit 2: goodbye wisdom teeth, $500
Visit 3: sorry we're running late, we can only do half of the work. However the receptionist made sure to charge the whole $1100 for all the work...then because the dental assistant who sat there the whole time had no clue what needed to happen, I explained to her what happened and what I needed for the next appointment she told me I was wrong and set up what she thought was right and well...
Visit 4: I pay another $430 to be told...sorry we screwed up the scheduling and your being bumped...see you next week or whatever. Oh and you get an extra 50 bonus points....so much closer to the $5 gift card.
Visit 5: They're running behind but Ok finally getting something done (should be completely finished by this visit)
Visit 6: We're running late, and your insurance expired today so we need another $950...
Frustrated I called the coordinator Michael on March 28th concerning my treatment plan, wanted to revise/change and update because I really wanted to get implants from the Dentist who by the way is great. But no call back...
Although the receptionist did call, to I assume collect more money and schedule a cleaning.
All through this the failure to communicate with one another it cost me an additional $950...oh but they offered a $200 discount.
So all in all don't do it.

Danielle and Elian and the doctor were very nice and respectful towards me. I believe they did a good job. I hardly had to wait and they got right to it. They did a really good and professional job.

Natalie was such a nice and inviting dental assistant. I enjoyed her being so friendly. Dr Hemmert was also very nice and extremely thorough! He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything.

I am happy with the service that this clinic provided. My little girl never lets anyone near her mouth and Dianne did an awesome job on cleaning her teeth. Dr. Cannon was fantastic with my little girl as well!

Service was good. Dentists did really well with my boys and the dental assistant really tried to make it fun, fast, and easy. I appreciated his attention. Will continue going here.

The dental hygienists are fine, but the office is disorganized. They have problems with billing (multiple calls and bills in the mail when we were told we did not owe anything) and seem to have little communication between administrators in their office (e.g., after I called to let them know I would no longer require their services, they kept calling to attempt to make an appointment). I recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs.

The young man who did my impressions, Jaden?, was polite, gentle, efficient and very nice to talk to. He explained the 5 week process and answered my questions thoroughly.
