Called in Monday 11/1 regarding a temporary filling for a root canal I had gotten that fell out& was causing great pain. They had scheduled me the next day to get it checked& taken out. Got there& ws taken back by Rusty - he is thee man, he made me feel comfortable& for the little time I enjoyed our conversation. Rusty kept me updated w/ everything that ws doing on& what he ws doing, etc. all in all he ws js great! The dentist ws super cool, calm& way nice, he didn’t make me feel out of place made sure I knew he ws going to help me& get rid of the pain. They both honestly went above& beyond w/ their service. I didn’t feel rushed at all, I felt important, heard& understood. I couldn’t hv askd for a better service then what I was given. I ended up booking appointments for the rest of my family. Would love to have them experience what I did. thank you for the best dental experience I have ever received in my 29 years of life. Y’all are amazing!

I had my first appointment today, for my conciliation. Everyone was so professional, Friendly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable embarrassed about my situation, which Ive experienced before. Those bad experiences have prolonged me from finding another Dentist who will listen and care enough to listen to my story and really want to help me. I thought I’d have anxiety feel judged you name it, today before I got there. Turns out their reviews are genuine from other patients. Not one time did I feel like I was not being treating with nothing but Kindness and them genuinely wanting to help improve my health, happiness and life. Dr. Allen was very Caring and very easy to talk to. I’m excited that I finally found what I have been searching for for years.. I recommend going in and seeing for yourself.

Very unprofessional
We had 3 visits here. The first one they said we needed to come back to have my sons teeth pulled. On the second visit they called to say the doctor needed to leave so we needed to get their early. Considering we had rescheduled work we felt it was very unprofessional. We tried to get their early but when we got there they said they couldn’t do it and we left after less than 5 minutes. I honestly felt like the doctor just wanted to go so that’s why they didn’t do it that day. We rescheduled it for the following week and a third day of work rescheduled.

The third time we got there they informed us that his driver needed to stay on the premises. The problem was they had not ever told us that previously. My son is 20. I have had three other people had their teeth pulled and was always allowed to leave. I asked again why I needed to stay, the person at the front desk rudely said, “well it will only be an hour”. Well an hour to me is important. The issue with staying is the clientele here is not the best but they won’t even let me sit in my car. The people were load and rude and used vulgar language and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also brought absolutely nothing to do. Had they told us before I would have brought my computer. I have asthma and am high risk and I had to sit in a crowded wait room (that does not look like the picture) with no social distancing protocols. I am not that person who complains about social distancing usually but when people are moving their chairs closer to you and coughing it is extremely uncomfortable.

Also the nurse came out with a patient that had obviously been put to sleep in a a wheelchair chair and told him tell everyone hi and was encouraging him to talk when he was obviously under sedation. She seemed to be mocking him. Then she came back with an empty wheel chair and said, “ next victim” yes it was a joke but extremely unprofessional. Making fun of patients when sedated is not funny. In fact I believe it is unethical too.

When my son did come out I couldn’t believe how drugged he was. He couldn’t even walk. They said everyone takes to medicine different but I have 3 other kids who have had much more serious surgeries than this and they were never this bad. His eyes were so bloodshot. I would never recommend this place.

Amazing hygienist Brooke cleaned my teeth so well and left them sparkling. The team was amazing and gave me great advice and recommendations for a couple preexisting issues. Actually looking forward to returning to the dentist for once!

Just had my first visit with Dr. Thomas Allen and his dental hygienist Karina. They were both so wonderful, kind, and helpful. I felt very well taken care of and confident in their work. Karina was very careful during my cleaning and gave me lots of tips for keeping my teeth clean, plus she speaks Spanish, which is an awesome resource in our community for Spanish speaking residents.

I had a temporary crown put on at the tail end of May and a permanent one put on on June 7. Since the temporary one, I’ve had increasingly unbearable pain. With my dentist being out of the office for week, Trolley were able to get me in at very short notice, and with what I have been dealing with, that was excellent. However, I feel that the doctor I saw kinda jumped to solutions without knowing exactly what had been done and immediately referred me to a specialist without even looking at the tooth, which is why I can’t give 5 stars. He did give me something to try to help with the pain until I could make an appointment with the specialist, and I’m very appreciative of that.

The care and knowledge of this team is superb. Sally and Raque are great assistants who make you feel relaxed and feel you are in good hands. Dr Hopkins is just wesome. And Brooke the hygienist makes you want to come back regularly with her people skills and competence. I want all my kids to come in too!

Had a wonderful overall experience with Creek Dental Group. Had to schedule 6 visits for a bit of work that I needed done and each and every time the entire staff was lovely. Immediately after the first consultation I was made aware that my insurance would cover everything expect for a cavity filling.They obviously care about their patients and show it very well. Kinsey at the front desk is always super sweet and knows patients by name the moment they walk in.

I came to creek dental to finish implant work begun at another provider and the team at creek dental, from the desk on through proved dedicated to helping me resolve the issue for me.
I'm afraid I can't recall all the names of the many helpful and considerate individuals I encountered there. Dr. Clark and his able assistants Miessah (I'm so sorry if I mangled the spelling) and Sally were outstanding, took the time to explain everything and went beyond to assure quality results given some unusual conditions.
Zero hesitation recommending.
