Always friendly and always gentle! If there will be an uncomfortable moment, they will let you know and give you the opportunity for them to stop. LOVE THEM! My Hygienist is the bestest! I won't leave her name since she's always booked solid anyway! :)

Found Dr. Katherine Doss to be very professional, yet warm and good at calming my anxiety ( which is an issue for me with dental work!). She is realistic regarding the costs of dental procedures and willing to plan with you accordingly. She was great with my son as well. Highly recommend her.

I have been going to this dentist for 8 years and in 8 years I have had no complaints. Well today I am sorry to say that my experience was terrible for myself and my young daughter. It was during a routine procedure that should have been "no big deal" according to her that my child was treated so poorly. The fact that my child was trusting and brave enough to sit in the chair knowing 5 teeth needed to be removed and I sat with her allowing the dentist to reprimand my child for "not letting the pain meds work" and it's "mind over matter" then watch the dentist abruptly leave the room and say the procedure was over. Thank goodness because by no means did I want her to complete the procedure and traumatize my child. I'm still appalled at her total lack of compassion and communication skills. As a health care professional myself I've never been treated so poorly. After having concerns to begin with Dr. Mule did NOTHING to help my child's uneasiness about the procedure. She was very quick to judge and practically ran away. Unbelievable! I will never see this dentist again and I hope she reads this and understands something about her effect on patient satisfaction. Extremely disappointed.

We will be looking for a new dentist which is unfortunate because we liked our dentist and dental assistant. However they were not transparent with the billing twice! The gave me an estimated price and it ended up being more than double that. I spoke multiple times to billing about why everything wasn't put onto the payment total. They said they'd get back to me and never did. I followed up today and was talked down to and belittle by the billing lady. My family will never go back there. That is not how you are supposed to treat your patients and I've been in medical for over 13 years.

I have pretty major anxiety about dental work, even cleanings. My hygienist taylor is the best around. She is kind, compassionate, thorough and does an amazing job. Highly recommend her to others.

We just love VA Family! From Samantha and Brandy at the front desk to seeing Yolanda and Dr.Wong for every appointment the entire staff never fails to make it a great experience from start to finish! Would recommend this office to anyone!

VA family dentistry has to be the best group around. Recently I went to the office unexpected, suffering from major pain and infection while they were extremely busy and was seen by Dr Formica. Within minutes, I was accommodated and treated with urgency and care. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The entire staff was sincerely dedicated to helping me. Need I say more.

Needed a tooth pulled, new patient, got me in the same day I called. Front room staff was great and nice. Had Dr Estill and Monica team work on me. Got me in the chair and took care of business. Both nice and informative and didn't try to pressure me into anything else. Will definitely see them again.

I was pleased to see the new procedures in place when i went in for my cleaning and checkup. All in masks and gloves and i was masked as well when no work was going on in my mouth. I remained in my vehicle until the were ready to see me. They unlocked the door entrance and met me there for questions and to take temperature which was very reassuring
