In the couple years that I have been with Hygienist Yolanda Amos and Dr. Doss my dental care has been exceptional. When I go in for my bi-yearly appointments Hygienist Amos remembers personal conversations her & I had 6 months ago. She takes the time to get to know you personally while giving exceptional care. I would highly recommend Hygienist Yolanda Amos.

Outstanding group! The entire staff is great. Over the years Dr. Estill has been great to work with. Always clearly explains the process and makes sure the patient is comfortable. Certainly is a lifer for dental care.

When I checked in with the receptionist, I told her my appointment was for 11:00. At 11:10, I went up to her and asked why I hadn’t been called. She then told me that my appointment was for 11:20. I told her that I hadn’t been notified about the time change for my appointment. She then asked me if I wanted to reschedule but since it was 11:15, I said no. She did apologize for the mixup but at no time did she seem concerned. Her attitude was almost rude. She needs training in customer relations. My appointment was on Thursday, 8/5.

A tooth split down the middle and could not be saved. I don’t like bridge that could damage another tooth so I elected implant.
It is a long process but worth it. I now have a new tooth that is literally screwed into my jaw. It looks great, immediately felt natural and no pain or discomfort. Dr. Wong, along with special equipment was able to manufacture the replacement tooth and place it in my mouth with the upmost precision. Never had a better dental experience. Thanks.

Great first time visit. Everyone was very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy and I was called for my appointment promptly. The dental tech seemed very knowledgeable and did a thorough cleaning, explaining what she was doing at each step. The doctor took the time to answer questions and provided good advice.

It makes me feel good going to a Dentist, something I really couldn’t see my self saying but their service proved me wrong. Always greeted by a friendly associate. Appointment time is adhered to with minimal waiting. Dental assistant is courteous and professional and Dr. Kate always gets the job done quickly and painlessly. Just had another appointment. All is good for another 6 months.

I was pleased to learn that my 6-month checkup scheduled last December was still on schedule for June in light of the impact of COVID-19. I actually was able to come in 3 days earlier because of a cancellation. I was impressed by the new protocol for entering this facility. The quality of service and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff is always excellent. The additional effort to keep patients safe and healthy is an added benefit.
